Everything was great!

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The hotel is located very close to the centre and at the same time it is the last in the street which makes it quiet and gives great views. We had a sea view room facing the sea and the island as well as a small balcony to the street. Absolutely beautiful. Everything is very clean and cozy. The staff is an example of hospitality and kindness. Their breakfasts are really yummy and the view from the terrace makes them even testier. Great value for money. Thank you! Highly recommend this hotel and already want to come back!

Sometimes wi-fi was weak at the room, but it was good on the roof terrace.

Nice host, friendly staff, we always get the reply to our questions in time. Good breakfast on the air with spectacular view, perfect view from sea view room to different sides (sea, mountains, nature and city). Very cozy, clean, we felt like at home.

Nothing, it was honestly the perfect stay.

Everything, the breakfast is fantastic, the views are unbelievable and the location is spectacular. It is run by such a lovely man and we just wish we had a longer stay. Until next time!

Great place to stay! Lovely rooftop terrace, very friendly and helpful staff and the whole place had a great vibe! Car parking was easy, was great to be able to refill our water bottles, quiet location on the edge of town but easy waking to everywhere.

There is not a such thing, that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Definitely, it is the best hotel I have ever been to, in whole Turkey. A beautiful design, cozy atmosphere, perfect location, lovely personnel… everything was just amazing. The hotel was one of the foremost reasons why we loved Kas. Many thanks to hotel staff and Mehmet bey for such warm greeting and hospitality. Hopefully, we will return to this beautiful city - Kas, and obviously we would like to stay in this hotel again.

Very friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Excellent breakfasts on the roof of the house with a magnificent view of the sea and the town accompanied by pleasant music. The unique location of the guesthouse - on the one hand, the windows overlook the quiet flowering street of Kas, on the other hand, the ancient colosseum, the sea and olive trees.

The hotel is outstanding! We didn't expect it will be such a great stay. No minuses at all, only positive impressions. First of all it has a great central location. Very close to the city center, to cultural places and beaches. Inside it's clean, well designed, we had a sea view from our balcony. Breakfast is very rich, homemade foods, sweets etc. Terrace with the great city view is open 24 hours, there are free tea and coffee available. And I want to say special thanks to Mehmet bey for his hospitality and kindness, he was always smiling and helpful. We will definitely come back again!

There are no kettle in the room and not enough electric sockets. Lamps was broken.

Our room had a rear terrace so no views. The room is a little old fashioned, could do with a furniture upgrade etc, but the price is fair for the standard.

Helpful, friendly host Mehmet, personal service, excellent breakfast, rooftop terrace with great views. We drank our wine up there every night. Beds and pillows comfortable. Super strong shower

Excellent location, very kind staff, especially Mehmet is very helpful for all advices and he booked for us yacht tour. Their breakfast fully home made and unbelievable delicious. Rooms and terraces are sea view.
