Bathroom was NOT cleaned daily. I asked at the front desk - they put toilet paper in the bathroom but still did not clean the bin with the toilet paper? We were unaware that our room had NO windows

Slight mix up with our rooms so we (2 couples) had to share a family room the first night then we got moved the next day to our own rooms, the staff were helpful and moved our belongings whilst we were out for thr day. Bathroom needed some attention, reported the toilet seat was broken but sadly not fixed during our trip and just needed a general re grout/ sealing in places.

Amazing location, has an on-site restaurant but is within a 5/10 min walk of all the hustle and bustle. Everything we needed was in walking distance and was able to get leaflets for certain activities/tours from the hotel. Very friendly staff. Hotel rooms were basic but did have what we needed. We didn't eat main meals in the restaurant but the deserts and drinks were thoroughly enjoyed, especially the cocktails. Was night to see the communal cats too ☺️

Splendid position, near to the tram station Ceberlitas, the most important Istanbul highlights (AyaSofia. Blue Mosque Basilica Cistern etc), the grand Bazaar, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Very safe neighborhood Very kind stuff

Given the price there's nothing to complain about

Amazing location. Turned out that almost everything we wanted to see were in walking distance. My experience with hotel staff was absolutely pleasant. One more blanket, safe box, more slippers- no problem. Great breakfasts. Loved it. The restaurant was really good and prices were pretty reasonable.

The bedroom and ensuite were a bit dated.

Very helpful reception staff. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel on our last day as our train didn't leave until late afternoon. Good location for the main sites like the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.

Our 4th floor twin room had a small bathroom. It was difficult to wash our hair without hitting our elbows on the wall. Would suspect a male would not be comfortable in this bathroom. Small lifts x2.

Excellent location of the hotel. Very helpful staff - they quickly changed our room from a double to a twin room, moved our heavy luggage and gave helpful suggestions to sites. Daily housekeeping kept our room feeling fresh and clean. Good breakfast coffee .... from a vending machine. I was so surprised.

The noise of the elevator in upstairs rooms near the engine.

Good location near Santa Sophia, Blue mosque, Grand Bazaar and near the T1 tram. The room was clean and correct. Staff very pleasant and they changed us to another room when we told them the inconveniences due the noise of the elevator in the first room.

Room description might be a little misleading.Room that we booked suppose to have a bathtub but it was just the shower. Other than that all was very good 😊
