The hot water did not work in our first room. The host quickly moved us to another suite that had hot water but unfortunately the wifi did not work well in the new room!

The location is fantastic, the room was great, the included breakfast was delicious and the hosts were incredible!

Beds aren’t very comfortable, towels were stained and bathroom is in need of an upgrade (broken toilet seat, shower door hard to open). The owner was absent so it was hard to follow up if we had questions or concerns.

Location is great for exploring Çesme, the marina and nearby restaurants. Breakfast at the Casa Costa was tasty, although you have to pay extra for coffee.

The floor in the living room was not clean, we even noticed some hair/stuff probably remained from previous guests. Bathroom facilities worn/quite old and need to be replaced. mould in the bathroom. TV far too small for that living room size, and, unfortunately does not offer smart tv.

Great location, spacious apartment, equipped with basics for a decent holiday. Located at a relatively quite place minutes away from Cesme center and a beach.

The cleaning was a disaster. The kitchen in particular was very dirty, neither the refrigerator nor cupboards had been cleaned. The drain in the sink was completely blocked. Cleaning staff could never had used it.We dismantled and cleaned the siphon ourselves. Dust was everywhere. Water was dripping from the air conditioner in the living room. The cupboard underneath was already broken due to the moisture. We reported it and the only answer we got was to turn off and on or increase temperature of the air conditioning. There was a disgustingly dirty pillow in the bedroom closet. I don't understand how you can use something like that. The mattresses are old, you can feel the springs, there is no slatted frame. There are not enough places in the bathroom to hang towels. Radiator in the bathroom was corroded. The water taps or kettle have never seen a limescale cleaner. We bought cleaning products and cleaned the kitchen and shower ourselves so that we could enjoy our vacation anyways.

Location is excellent, at the end of the promenade. Nice balcony with phantastic view. Big living room. Big refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. Very spacious apartment, but missing maintenance. Fresh towels every day. Turkish breakfast was served across the street at Casadecosta. İt was very delicious with seaview .Staff was very friendly. But every day the same. We missed some variety, Simit, Börek instead of pişi , different egg dishes,for example. İt could be a perfect apartment with better cleaning and maintenance.

I stayed for almost a month. Last week it started a construction next door, they drilled stones for 8 hours per day. The hotel is not responsible but it was a torture. I couldn't work at the apartment.

The apartment was really good, with all you need. An excellent option to be in Cesme - Alacati. 50 meters from the sea. Excellent breakfast in a restaurant . The Internet was very good.

A bedside light would have been nice and a lamp in the salon. Local dogs barking every night was most annoying..

The beach was clean in the morning, but by the afternoon it became very dirty. Sandy Beach but lots of big stones in the water, need beach shoes.

Three out of the four dining room chairs were broken and couldn’t be sat on. Plus one of the AC units wasn’t working and the shutter was broken. Just needs some basic updates. It was also a little noisy at night with cars and music

To be honest, the restaurants in this small town are not very delicious, but the free breakfast at the owner's house is very good, and the seafood for lunch is unexpectedly good!

Good location, friendly owner. Comfortable, well equipped large apartment. The owner was also very helpful in finding parking space. I will be happy to stay with them again in the future,
