We rarely write hotel reviews, but this time we decided to give an exemplary rating. We had a serious car breakdown, but the hotel staff responded quickly and thanks to their support we were able to repair the car and go home. They made every effort to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They helped us plan trips and provided detailed information on what to find where. Room carved in rock, the so-called Cave made a great impression on us, it was cozy, clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts were very tasty and fresh. You can admire wonderful views from the hotel terrace where you can eat breakfast or relax in the evening. To sum up: we promised ourselves that we would come there again. I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and comfortable, and the location is quite good. The breakfast is okay, and the tea is 24/7 available. Moreover, they have the friendliest and cutest pair of dogs.

Only that the breakfast buffet wasn't restocked properly and the people who rushed first got the best breakfast bits. For example, there was only one juice box for many guests.

The room was very good, met my cave expectations. Staff was friendly as well, they kept our luggage for a full day for safekeeping after we checked out. Breakfast was served on time as well. Washroom was clean and very spacious. Roof was appropriately decorated with the Turkish sofa vibe for pictures etc.

Lovely,helpful and friendly staff. Great central place to visit all the attractions. Excellent rooftop terrace to get up early and watch the balloons go over. Also they provide a great breakfast that was enjoyed by us all. Would highly recommend.

If other guests were loud in the courtyard, it could be heard from our room (maybe understandable when people are excited for balloon flights in the morning?)

Ahmet and his father Mustafa were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. They booked us into our airport transfers and gave us excellent recommendations on tours, restaurants and where to go hiking. Our room was clean and comfortable and we loved the rooftop terrace. The pet dogs were also very cute!

This hotel was just awesome. The experience of staying in a 300-400 year old cave was just surreal. The hotel has been maintained properly and the staffs were really helpful. They had two cute pet dogs Lady and Pasha. The property manager Denize made us feel like home and we felt like meeting a long lost friend. Tatakai tsudzukero kyōdai

The wifi doesn’t work in the rooftop

The view was exceptional . The hotel workers were amazing and very welcoming special thanks to Deniz . Breakfast had different choices it was nice . Property were 5 mins walking distance to city center . Great location .

Property is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Rose cave hotel and the people who are taking care of it. If you are thinking to book a place in the center of Goreme, don’t think further. You will get everything here. Amazing balloons view from terrace , many restaurants around, in center of every thing, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast on terrace and amazing hosts. Denize also provided us with detailed information about area as well as history of area. He booked us a hot air balloon in short notice with the best possible price. I really like the hospitality of Denize and can’t thank him enough to make our stay memorable and wonderful.

Didn't see the sign / name of the place and struggled to find it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with bookings, recommendations etc. and know a lot about the history of the area. The rooms were comfortable and the roof terrace had an amazing view. The location is also great with restaurants and shops close by.

Be aware that you will have a real “stay in a cave” experience. Meaning that every single noise outside of the room, you are going to hear. There was a lot of dog barking, people talking and doors opening and closing, which is completely normal, but good to know before you go. The breakfast was alright, but I would like to have more options

Denis was the most incredible host! He gave us amazing tips, took the time to explain about the culture and the region, and was always available for questions. The hotel is super cute, the room is a good size and very comfortable, the shower is amazing. They have 2 very cute dogs that, for me, was a plus ♥️

The view from the hotel is exceptional.It is located near the town center which makes everything very accessible. Hotel is very cute and cozy with the ambiance of cave rooms. Deniz and Ahmet are very helpful. They helped us with all our bookings, including hot air balloon atv bike ride and other transportation at good price. Deniz has very good knowledge about the area, He guided us with our itinerary and explained what would be the best time to visit which place. And is very sweet to talk to. He has two very cute dogs 'pasha' and 'lady' who become the highlight of your trip.
