We didnt enjoy russian party every night at sunset bar. If we would like, we would have traveled to russia. As tourists, there should have been atleast english music or even preferred local music. Like we are in Turkey??? Hotel room was renovated quite poorly. It means, do your work and just be clean when you do it. (Paint splashes etc.) Restaurant drinks table (machines and cabinet doors) werent clean even at breakfast. Pool mattresses were very dirty.

We loved friendly and helpful staff, hotel was actually cozy looking. Warm food tasted good and were many options always.

Even though I said the all-inclusive stay is nice, there were limited food choices for people in special diets. Also no drinks or snacks available during the night. The stuff doesn’t speak English. Only one of the receptionist had decent one, everyone else only spoke one word. One of the other receptionist had no clue about airport drop-off, when we tried to arrange it, he tried to trick us. Also everything worked with salt water - the pool, the faucet and shower in the bathroom. The facilities would be nice but nothing is maintained.

The room was comfortable, big bed, AC and a balcony. Was very clever that there are towel dryers on the balcony. Also the all-inclusive part was nice.

The facilities are a bit dated and could do with upgrading. Lots of the restaurant facilities did not work well such as coffee machine etc.

It was a friendly hotel, good value for money. The spa was good.

Bathroom is very outdated, water in the bathroom is basically just salt water. Wifi in the rooms can be a struggle - for a 4-star hotel they really need to sort this.

Great value for money, hotel with big room, four pools, great food selection at breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Nice views over Bitez bay and beach. Friendly staff.

the cleaner gave us new towels every day but the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, the soap dispenser broke and when we addressed the issue to the reception staff it hasn’t been fixed. the Wi-Fi doesn’t work anywhere expect at the reception or at the restaurant.

the buffet is amazing, they offer different type of food for every meal (this is perfect for vegetarians). the hotel is 10 mins away walk from the beach and in a really nice area

The view from the restaurant and bar is amazing, but unfortunately to get this view there is a downside to lots of steps. Our 86 year old brother in law struggled with the steps. The hotel itself does however have an elevator.

The food was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for the staff they were all very polite and helpfull. 2nd time of visiting this hotel. Would definitely go again.

I have to say the staff and food was exceptional. My mum and I were looked after from the moment we checked in. We were upgraded to a lovely room and the reception manager, Mehmet could not do enough for us, as well as the Restaurant manager, Yousef. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I have already booked to come back...

The staff were great, they were really helpful. The biggest plus of the hotel was its staff. Room cleaning was very good and tidy. The food was very diverse and delicious. The hotel is quiet and there are no children, which is a big advantage. I also liked the entertainment in the bar in the evening.

We went as a family and were very pleased. It is very close to the sea and has its own wide beach. The pool is nice, the breakfasts are good, the rooms are average. We also thank the employees for their helpful approach. We are thinking of coming again.

rooms were not the finest and could do with refreshment but if you come to relax most of the day you will spend exploring area or by the pool so it was not the issue although taking a shower was a torture. beverages-not great choice and rip off after 23:00 when you had to pay 5euro for not the best quality drink. forget that you will get to know Turkish culture and start practicing your Russian language as 90percent of customers are from there. management was making sure to pleased majority specially with music taste. I was missing some place indoors where you could sit down and have a drink when the weather was not finest. although there was restaurant obviously it was closing between meals. internet was ok at the end we came to relax.

hotel setting is gorgeous overlooking bay with breath taking sunsets. food was very tasty and fresh only after few days you could find it repetitive but I am vegetarian so it’s more difficult for me everywhere I go. still I was pleased and my friends (meat lovers) had good variety to choose from. there was a bus outside the hotel which was taking us directly to Bodrum city (10TRY one way per person) also free bus to the beach provided by hotel. For the price we have paid I would recommend the hotel. Staff was friendly and should be praised for hard work and long hours (dealing with not always happy customers).

The staff were quite rude,I was told there would be gluten free options and there weren't. I booked a room with a balcony but it was a Julienne so I couldn't use it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The neighbours snoring kept me up and yet they complained when I had music on although it was at a low volume. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hotel facilities are outdated,worn,rusty and unclean. It was quite disappointing but luckily the weather,view and location made it doable.

The staff was unpolite and unmotivated. Also, the bathroom was in bad condition, for example there was rust at the door and the ceiling was flaking off. We got the impression, that the whole hotel needed renovations, because the infrastructure in general seemed like it.

Beautiful view in the sunsetbar and from the balcony of the room. The room was also quite big.

This is honestly amazing hotel. It’s so so so good. All the staff are absolutely amazing. The location is absolutely beautiful and they look after you so well. Food is good, lots of drinks, for the price it honestly couldn’t be beaten. Our easyjet flight was cancelled so we came back for 2 more days and they ensured they sent us receipts and sorted out transfers, they were so welcoming.
