How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Very good hotel, which has large room space, variety breakfast with good feeling music, and warm staffs, who are professional, meanwhile well-equipped facilities, even if having shoehorn. It has very good position nearing Metro station, buses station and minibuses station which can carry us to travel spots and SAW airport, meanwhile keeping quite from shoppes area, so we feel it is valuable to be recommended.

I liked everything
The location was right in front of the metro, near malls and restaurants. The facilities were super confortable, clean and high end. People on the front desk were super helpful and nice!

I like to visit the hotel gain. The breakfast very delicious. The staff in resturent were very very kind and helpful. Many thanks for all.
It was great and all facilities were clean. The hotel was beyond expectations, receptionists and all staff were friendly and very kind. The food was very delicious. Can't wait to visit it again

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were worried after reading some reviews but we are glad we booked this hotel. It is newly renovated. The hallways have beautiful lighting and artwork. The family loved the huge, clean rooms. The lobby is very nice and there is a very good restaurant on the premises. The location is central to the shopping and food places.The staff is also quite helpful.

My meal in the hotel was served cold. I sent it back to the kitchen times, and each time it came back cold

Nobody can speak English, that's a big problem. Communicating with them is too tough.
Yousuf and the girl at the reception and other receptionists were too good and cooperative. The room was too clean. The staff was too much cooperative. The food was good especially the breakfast and a waitress in the restaurant was having a great gestures, communication and serving.

Everything was amazing I went to the hotel late last night and my suitcase was broken at the airport. The receptionists fixed it immediately they was very friendly ❤️ They arranged an affordable transfer to take me back to the airport in the morning. I couldn't travel much due to my business trip, but the location of the hotel, its cleanliness, and the attention of the staff were all very good. I’ll go again Thank you for everything

Since it has a central location, I was able to spend time with pleasure during my stay. You should definitely experience the cafe on the 1st floor. It was a nice stay with the positive energy of friendly employees, comfortable and clean bed. Thank you for everything.

Room noise and can hear outside traffic and shouting. Netflix not working and no English channels. Room service finishes at 11pm and no way of getting food. During the day I called reception to be transferred and call went down and then they didn’t pick up after numerous times. Paid for late check out and someone tried to come into my room to take my bags where I was naked. Not good

The gym is very disappointing. The size of the hotel should provide a decent gym with more equipment, space, and options. Breakfast could have been better. Some days, the cooked items had too much salt.

Everthing was beautiful.
The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and smelled very good. All the staff members were concerned and made us feel very special. The location of the hotel is very close to everywhere, 2 minutes walking to the metro, there is a shopping mall very close by. The hamburger we ate in the evening restaurant was really delicious. I sat until midnight in Meva cafe and ate dessert. But the most enjoyable was Turkish coffee. Good thing My Istanbul experience was in this hotel. Thank you everyone
