The central location is excellent m, close to main tourist sites and bazaar and the staff exceptional. Very helpful and lovely attention to detail - the concierge brought a birthday cake up to my room and I hadn’t even mentioned it was my birthday. Rooms are bijoux city size & luxury, with balcony, modern bathroom and good free WiFi. It’s a quiet street at night so noise is not an issue. They do an excellent healthy breakfast with a lot of choice. Staff, English speaking, were super helpful. Highly recommend

Some parts of the roof top seem old and need to be renewed but overall it is comfortable and great !! I would definitely come back, I enjoyed it.

The location is great! Just a few minutes from the center and bus station. Staff was very attentive all the time.

The breakfast quality is very low and repetitive and The room was a little small and the walls were thin, the sound could be easily heard.

From the daily cleanliness of the room and great WiFi. The hotel is located in the best place. Najib is a very good and excellent staff and always guided us.

Get comfortable shoes - the hotel is located on the street that goes up and down the hill; there are lots of shoe shops on this street and the deliveries at night may prevent you from sleeping with the open window. Breakfast is the same every day, missed orange juice for breakfast.

Excellent location and unbelievably attentive service. Veysel exceeded all expectations for good hospitality, and everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Good breakfast.

The rooms are a little too small for my liking but this isn’t uncommon in Istanbul.

This hotel is a great location just off the main road near the grand bazar and blue mosque so everything is within walking distance. The rooms are quite small with hardly any space to move in if you are staying in the single or double rooms. Customer service was great however and would defo stay here again.

The Team at the Primero were exceptional. From giving advice on places to eat to organising a fantastic trip on a super motor yacht to watch the sunset over the city!!! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I would have no hesitation in returning. Veysel, Yasin and Najib and the team are running a great hotel.

The hotel is very well located for all main attractions. The staff were fantastic and could not have done any more.to help us especially as our time in Istanbul was short. We would definitely come back to explore more.of Istanbul and stay at the Primero. I would especially like to thank Yasin who looked after us when we arrived 4 hours before check in having had a night flight into SAW airport. The complimentary tea, coffee and water was very much appreciated. Breakfast at hotel is buffet style, spread great. Also woth noting that its on the edge of the expensive area near main attractions so local food and drink reasonably priced. Possibly the best customer service I've experienced, warm, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to share their pride in this amazing city and country. Our experience in general in Istanbul was that of a very warm friendly and welcoming place. Be careful with Taxi's. Arrange airport transfer with the hotel. And do go on night time boat trip with dinner and entertainment. A great night out and experience of local culture.
