How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Bathrooms are super small. In one of them, it was even difficult to do your morning business. Only drawback that one can perhaps live with.
Great hotel just 2 minute walk at the vibrant Konyaalti beach. Close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Vibrant atmosphere on the beach road. Can take long walks on both sides. Good hotel with good look and feel, lobby, pool, rooms, etc. We appreciated getting 2 connecting rooms. Staff was very welcoming. Brought me a small pastry (from the breakfast buffet) with a candle for my birthday.

The bathroom was a little small and we got two single beds put together instead of a double bed.
The hotel is located only a few minutes away from the beach. Staff members are kind and always ready to help. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast was great !

I have been in several hotels in Antalya before and I can recommend the Golden Orange - close to the Konyaalti beach, close to many supermarkets and restaurants and public bus stops. There was a parking as well. The room was clean and spacious. Internet worked just fine, the breakfast was pretty good. Price to quality - great deal.

the bathroom is very small especially where the person take a shower very small! Same for the elevator its very small and tight .
the breakfast is amazing too many alternatives. The staff are very friendly especially the cleaners and the restaurant staff!

There are no safe and water boiler jn the room
This review is for the second room that we booked. The hotel location is very good and neer the sea. The breakfast was very good and delicious. The staff was nice. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool

The breakfast was amazing with a variety of delicious food. The room was a bit cosy but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice. The hotel location is very near to the beach, and they provide you with towels if you want to swim in their swimming pool or at the sea ( although they do not have a private beach area). The hotel also have a gym and their own restaurant

the wifi was unreliable and did not work at all for 1 day of our stay and the staff at the front desk were not that helpful or friendly. The restaurant staff were excellent though!
lots to like about this hotel but the breakfast was really good and made the stay for us. I also lived the chance to rent bikes for a good price.

Room and bathroom looked bigger in images. We were surprised to see how small they actually were. Cleaners used the lifts often which meant we had to use the stairs. Breakfast buffet was more like a dinner buffet. We didn’t find anything we really enjoyed and coffee was from a machine, not fresh. Staff never acknowledged our presence. No good morning or any communication. You could walk off the street and they wouldn’t know. No ambience in the reception area. Honestly, we should’ve paid more and stayed at an all inclusive hotel for the experience and space.
Good location. Gave birthday gifts.

Room was smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it was ok. There is also an outdoor pool for hotel guests, but unfortunately it was still closed at the time of our visit.
Good hotel for a short business stay. Room was clean, it had a lot of natural light and a small balcony which I liked. The hotel is close to the beach and cable car which was a great bonus for us, since we picked the location based on our business needs. Breakfast was an open buffet and it was good, I also liked the restaurant's terrace.

Room telephone not working. Small size bathroom. On checking in, first impression was of not welcoming staff and ambience. But gradually, it became likeable.
Perfect location, near the beach. Close walking distance 10 minutes to bus stop. Very good breakfast.
