Some cleanliness issues in bathroom. Room a little outdated. Have to ask a lot of times to restock water in room.

Location was really good, walking distance to a lot of attractions, busy street but not very noisy in the room at night. Decent breakfast ( not a lot of varieties ). Staff was friendly

Our room was facing the back to a void space, therefore the window was secured without view.

Amazing service from Humay, Ismail, Hamza, Ömer, Sabri and Ali. They made us feel extremely at home during our stay in Istanbul. Hotel located in the city centre of the old Istanbul in the European side. Walking distance to everywhere in the old city. Galata bridge is a 10min walk. Haiga Sophia mosque is a little briskly walk. Best place to stay.

Excellent location close to public transportation, restaurants and a grocery store. A bit of traffic noise. However, just use your earplugs and you will have a good night.

- Lack of outlets (only two in the whole room) - Would have liked some kind of meat at breakfast (there was only luncheon-type meats)

I cannot say is something i don’t like.But maybe at the trace room they can add some small table and chair because terrace on 4th floor is big and could use the space to enjoy sun,drink some coffee outside etc

Very clean rooms,breakfast has a diversity of quality food and restaurant is nice.Staff is friendly.Me and family were welcome to stay in lobby room for the time needed till check in because we arrived to early.They help all of us with luggage.Is a hotel i defenetly recomand!

There is not much of a view from the rooms and the streets can be quite noisy, which spills over into the rooms even when the windows are shut.

Very nice hotel in a great location, walking distance from all of the major attractions in Sultanahmet and easily accessible public transportation to the other parts of the city. Breakfast was quite decent with plenty of options to choose from. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was designed beautifully.
