We really loved the location of this hotel. 4-5 min walk to the Galata tower and straight up to the Istiklal street. The room was clean and the staff was really helpful. They upgraded our room free of cost since there was an issue with our room. The receptionist, Ahsan (Ehsan) is a wonderful and helpful person. We initially ran into some breakfast issues with the location but Sevgi got on top of it and resolved in the best possible way. I would give them a 5 star just because of the way they handled it and made our stay memorable.

It's really nice hotel, staff are great, enjoyed the breakfast and the view from the roof bar is amazing. Location great, 50 yards from the Galata tower. 5 min walk to subway. Ali and Mert went above and beyond with us, advice and drinks. Accommodated us with a really late check in

the hotel was in a good area to see the main attractions. The room is clean. Satisfying breakfast. Pleasant surprise the unexpected welcome gift. The hotel staff was very good and especially the reception staff Ali very kind and helpful and Musab also the same who spoke a little Greek. I would stay at the same hotel again and recommend it to everyone.

Some noticeable disadvantages in the room. For example, in ours we’ve got some spots/stain on the wall. Was it mold? Maybe. We didn’t care much cause we had 3 nights there. If it was more, we would be more cautious haha Another thing is a window. Literally couldn’t close it. But fortunately wasn’t that noice at night and in the morning. Oh yeah! There is a lot of rubbish outside but I guess it’s not the hotels fault. But the first impression was like “tell me it’s not here haha”

Room windows don't work very well. Room was a bit small but I guess it's normal for a hotel in the centre.

The staff was great with us and did all that they could to make our stay pleasant. Having the possibility, they gave us a better room. Breakfast is good, with some variety and with an amazing view. The location is great, near to all the city buzz but also quiet during the night.

Great Location, close to everything, including some very quaint cafes and restaurants which are right around the corner and a 10 minute walk takes you to the lively Iskendar street. Good breakfast with plenty of variety and great views. Staff was great and always happy to help. The welcome gift was a really nice touch.

The bins on the side of hotel entrance little bit kills the mood but that’s not in their hand. Nothing else.

The staff at reception is very helpful, everyone was friendly and cordial. Ali and Sevgi helped us with everything. Sevgi even sent us some nuts/turkish delight to our room as surprise. The room was spacious and clean. They provided an extra bed for our daughter without even asking. Thanks very much. WiFi was good. Location very close (2 minutes) to Galata tower. Breakfast is good and on top (5th) floor so can get a nice view.

The room was beyond clean. I felt at home when I was there. The receptionist, Hussain, was one of the friendliest people I've met and helped me with everything. Breakfast on rooftops was by far the highlight of our stay. The quality was exquisite and the view was astonishing. Overall, very satisfied with everything.

Perfect location to explore Istanbul. The hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Ali and Husayn at reception who helped us out with trips. They were both so very helpful. We had the perfect room with a double balcony looking out towards old Istanbul. Loved eating our breakfast on the roof terrace. Great way to start the day. Highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel is really nice,even though it's a small property but every staff is trying to give their best and make guest's experience wonderful We stayed here for 3 days and they gave us a surprise by hanging a small note and little snacks which was a nice gesture I would like to thanks Mr Murad and Mr Ali for their friendly and helpful behaviour And to the guest relationship person Sevgi Isik,who was communicating with us and making the experience more wonderful
