The shower was not working properly and the bathroom wasn’t the nicest/cleanest. The staff said we could shower in the property after check out (and visiting the travertine pools), but the offered “shower” was not appropriate. It would have been better if they haven’t offered us that option. Just noting it, not complaining.

Breakfast is good. Take care, because 30 minutes after starting, there were items missing on the very limited buffet. I asked for a bit more yogurt, and they refused to bring it to me. Wi-Fi signal simply doesn't exist in the room.

The hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from the pools (city entrance). The room is very large, comfortable, and clean. There is private free parking just in front of the hotel (not sure if enough spaces if the hotel is full). It's not an issue, but consider that just cash is accepted (also EUR)

The town itself is quite sad. There's really nothing apart from Pamukkale here (and Pamukkale itself has its waters running out, sadly).

It looked like it was by far the best property to stay at Pamukkale. And spending a night there meant that we could reach Pamukkale itself at sunrise, before the busloads of tourists get there.

Almost no wifi except in the lobby. Beds are very hard but the pillow was great for me. Moving around and opening doors started very early above us. At one point, a tray of glasses (?) were dropped about 6:30am.

Nice rooms, beautiful pool, great breakfast and very clean facilities. Only a 10 minute walk to the main entrance of Pamukkale and Hierapolis.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located 5 min away by car from the South Gate. Hotel staffs were really friendly and made us dinner even after the kitchen was closed.

They informed us about the hotel in advance. Easy to access to the town gate by walking. Served hot meals and the buffet was very nice at the breakfast. Parking was in front of the door. They prepared sandwiches and fruits when we checked out early. Clean and spacious room, and plenty of hot water and clean air inside the hotel. ○ electric kettle,sorp,shampoo × fridge, conditioner No elevator, But they helped us. And the steps were wide! They provided all of these with THAT PRICE! Why not!!

Toilets need repairs as shower wasn’t working properly and shower door wasn’t closing properly .

It was easy accessible to the main centre and staff was helpful, good food .

A few minor niggles needed to be sorted out, otherwise all was good.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful here - full marks for the welcome we received! The hotel was well placed for accessing Hierapolis (you could even walk there, though it was uphill all the way). Our room had a great view over the travertine hillside. The bed was spacious and very comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Excellent breakfast, too!

This is a family run business. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a small property but room are clean and have everything we need. Breakfast and dinner are all good. Also it is quite inexpensive.

The property was quite decent, clean beautiful and well located close to the major attractions! It’s a family owned property and Choss was extremely humble and quite helpful on everything we enquired. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had !! Infact we were quite surprised to have such a lavish breakfast at this price . Overall highly recommended!!

Breakfast needs more fresh options.

The bed was really big and comfortable. While the shower showed signs of age but it functioned well and, most importantly, the cleanliness was excellent. The friendly staff and had a parking spot.

Few lights were not working, and the shower door was half broken. Since we were there for 1 night, it didn't matter much.

Location of the hotel is good...few mins walk to one of the gates of travertines. Staff is courteous, helped us in getting airport shuttle. Breakfast was good!
