The staff is really friendly and helpful especially Parvin Nazarov, he even helped us to book the other activities during our stay in Istanbul. The location is also perfect and really love the interior of this hotel.

As soon as we got there the guy helped us with our bags and made us feel very welcome. Very polite and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone! New, clean and comfortable room. Efficient service from the front desk, Inji and Seyit. The hotel manager, Mr, Parvin, is always ready to help with everything. Every staff is kind and helpful. It’s truly a warm and welcoming feel staying there. Excellent hospitality! Great location as well, with main shopping street and grocery store close by. Both location and hotel are safe.

It is a wonderful, new hotel in an unbelievable location right next to Taksim square. Parvin, Inji and the whole working stuff are doing a great job and they were helpful more than we expected. Also, the rooms were very beautiful and clean! We will definitely choose it again in our next trip in Istanbul!

I had stayed 3 nights and the hotel is perfect and now I renew 3 more nights which mean all my stay am in this hotel . I really highly appreciate the dealing of reception people both Inji and.
