Very close to the Ladies beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Also very comfortable to get to the otogar and city centrr by dolmush, which stops near the hotel

Great location right next to Ladies Beach. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The management put us up in a larger room for no extra cost as many of the rooms were occupied during the Holiday.

Wow.. What a wonderful place to stay for a few days in Kuşadasi! Thank you so much to Sedat, Leyla and the rest of the team for the warm welcome. The room was very clean and modern and the location was wonderful. Truly no complaints, Sedat went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well informed about the local attractions.

The room is compact so I think next time I will unpack and ask for my extra large suitcase to be stored for he if possible.

That i couldn’t have stayed there longer.

Everything! The host, Sedat, was attentive to everything, and was ironically away on business. Gave me the best recommendations, and was always attentive. I even whats-app’ed him 2 nights after check out and he was attentive to that. The venue itself (ocean side) was really nice. Cozy, modern & a pebbles throw to the beach. I asked for a refill of just coffee while Sedat was out of town, and the host also brings cookies and snacks that you don’t get complimentary anywhere. Can’t ask for more with a place as good as this. If i come back to Kuşadaci, I’d be annoyed if i had to stay anywhere else.

The bathroom's water pump was spoil The owner called technician to fix it immediately. Two of our family members took cold shower before they fix the problem.

The rooms were as clean as they can be and beautifully furnished. Simply perfect work by the hosts and their team. They were always ready to help with any further request. The host. Mr. Sedat, is an incredibly kind and nice person. He helped us with any question we had and went the extra mile to make us as happy as possible. Our trip was for sure even better thanks to him. He knows a lot of locations in Kusadasi and advised us to go to certain restaurants as example which were absolutely amazing! The rooms are located very close to the sea, you just have to take a small walk, it's like 2 minutes and you can see the sea from your balcony if you're in a room which is seaside. You have a whole beach promenade directly where Lulubay is located where you can choose from several restaurants and bars do have breakfast at and dine at. The cocktails were awesome too! Couldn't have picked a better location to have a trip around whole of Kusadasi where you have a lot of amazing sightseeing possibilities (cultural things), Spas, bars, restaurants, etc to choose from!

We should of stayed an extra night lol but seriously you can’t fault in anyway you could say parking but there are 2 safe car parking places 2 minutes either side of the hotel so again perfect

Sedat the owner made you very welcome he explained Eve we needed to know about the room facilities he also sent a WhatsApp message with his contact if we needed anything. The perfect host. Room was outstanding 5 Star and just a few short meter’s to the beach and restaurants just a street back that you don’t experience any noise and ensured a great night sleep

Nothing…it was perfect.

Brand new, spotlessly clean, easy access from the ferry port, wonderfully helpful hosts/owners especially when we had difficulty booking flights. Located 1 block back from beach, restaurants close. We’d choose Lulubay Hotel again.
