Breakfast would have been better

Location was excellent close to main attractions and beach. Breakfast was ok but has different varieties . Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to keep our luggage till later after we checked out.

During our stay the breakfast was the same with small changes. They have a small variety of food from which you can choose.(E.g no yogurt, no hot milk). When I asked what we could drink at the breakfast they gave us options including Turkish Coffee. After three days they told us that the Turkish coffee is not free and we have to pay for that. Clearly I said I will not pay and they agreed with me. In the last day when I ordered two espresso (they are free at the breakfast) we received a very bad coffee (I think it was only one coffee with extra water for both) comparing with other days. I don't know if this was intentionally or not but for me it looks intentionally. Added a photo with the bad coffee.

Staff was welcoming and kind. Room was big enough and very clean. Public parking in front of the hotel. 2 bottles of water every day. Big fridge in the room.

The terrace is quite small, it can barely fit a chair, and there is no space for a table, so you cannot work there (I had to do some work during my visit). This is not a big problem if you are on vacation though, as you will probably not be spending too much time inside.

The place is located on a hill about 15-20 minutes walk from downtown or 15-20 minutes from the Ladies beach, in a very nice and quite residential area. There are some local restaurants nearby, which were super cheap compared with downtown and quite delicious. The lady at reception spoke very good English, probably the best throughout my entire trip in Turkey. The apartment was very spacious and clean, WiFi was strong and the breakfast was quite decent. I recommend the La Bella Suit, if I visit Kusadası again, I will definitely stay here again. There is no dedicated parking, but I was visiting in off-season, so the entire street was empty and there was no issue with the parking.

Although there was a 'balcony' it was very small and not really made for sitting out on. There wasn't a lot of choice at breakfast, but the pate was good. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the centre through mostly residential area and involves hills. So if you have mobility issues probably not the hotel for you.

The room was very big with a private living room. Our check in staff was nice although there was a short wait for the room to be ready.

Pool was disgusting, definitely not able to swim in it. We understand its the off season but when you pay for a hotel with a pool, you expect a pool. Wifi didn’t work in the room the first 2 days despite not being informed this from reception when we checked in.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good considering it was included.

constant noise, doors shouting and closing (hey, maybe it depends on the room...) walking and walking uphill and downhill - but on the other hand - "quiet area" of the town overall not sure if this place is suitable for relax - if busy with people

Bathroom is as tiny and old as the room is big and cozy. Some details may need a renovation.

The biggest room and the best value for money of my journey. Outstanding view on Kusadasi and the coast, very clean, comfortable and provided with everything you may need also for longer stays. The price of an avarage/low budget hotel with some extras of a 4 stars.

The room was far bigger than we expected with sea views on 2 sides. Bathroom was a little on the smalll side but perfectly adequate for our stay. Reception staff, Gul & Esta were so helpful.

Breakfast was too basic. The options were very limited. I literally only enjoyed watermelon, eggs and tea. Location is on the top of the hill so if you are going back from city center or the beach to the hotel, you have to climb an slightly difficult slope. For me it was ok, but if you are not fit enough or for elderly without car, it would be difficult. Pool is beautiful, but because it does only receive direct sunlight for only few hours a day, it is not warm.

Suits were spacious and clean. Airconditioning was new and powerfull. The view to the sea is perfect. Both girls at reception (Gul and the other girl) were friendly and helpful. Location is between the city center and the famous ladies beach (each about 15-20 minutes walk).

The breakfast was the same every day and it would be good to have a variety of fruits, cereals, etc. The property is on top of a hill , so it’s a bit difficult to walk up and down hills
