The reception staff should be more helpful towards the guests when they arrive.

The property is in a very good location very close to the tram 🚊 station and a lot of restaurants nearby with good prices. Breakfast in the hotel was very good. And there is a taxi stand right next to the hotel.

I supposed to rent a junior suite with 45m so my family can feel relax...but it seems like a standard room, not what i expected.

Location is quite comfortable near tram and bus so you can easily go everywhere in istambul. restaurant and shop everywhere around the hotel...really convenient. a breakfast also included so quite OK.

I had an issue with the light in my room (missing lamp), I asked to add one to my room, every time they say ok but never addd, so the lighting was horrible. I also didnt have space in the closet to put my clothes (no board)

Rooms weren’t cleaned daily and even when cleaned, cleaning was not top notch- for example, bins weren’t emptied.

Rooms are spacious, especially compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed at in Istanbul. The staff were friendly and let us check-in early. The room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. Excellent value. 5-10 mins walk to a bunch of shops and restaurants. 3-5 minute walk to the tram station. Would recommend.

Sixth floor rooms were very dusty. There was problem about water wiring. Towels were aged and they didn’t look as clean as they should. There were renovations at the hotel and it made our stay very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was very good and kitchen was very clean. Location of the hotel was excellent. Administrator was very attentive and they made sure our baggage was safe before our check in time. Concierge (little boy) was very attentive.

The toilet was quite spacious and good. One thing I did not understand, there was a large round table in the toilet, that did not serve any function.

Hotel is located in the Fatih area, close to central Istanbul. Our plane landed early morning and by the time we arrived hotel it was 11:30a. The hotel kindly prepared the room by 12:30p though officially the checkin time is 2pm. Another good thing. There is a taxi stand next to the hotel.

We have stayed several times at this hotel and once again I am happy to choose and stay there with our friends. We had great time, the stuff was very polite and helpful. Especially the lady at the reception was very helpful, responsive and assisting us with all of our questions. They even arranged cruise dinner event for us which was more than perfect! Very well organised! I am recommending it to anyone! The rooms were good, the location is excellent, there is also a paid parking place in front of the hotel. Recommending:)

The coffee served at breakfast was not good. The room had paper cups, which I think can be improved upon. There were no instructions on how to use the Room Safe.

there is a water leak in the sink every time you open the tap and the bathroom is a little annoying regarding the sink and the bowl the radiator on and there is no way to turn it off because the tap handle is broken we had to call the technician in the middle of the night to turn off the radiator some serious. the hotel must do general maintenance of the bathroom and radiators

the breakfast is nice and there are fruits and sweet cakes and fruit cakes and small pieces of pizza the geographical location near the tram and bus lines I took my bus (46T) directly from the stop in front of the hotel to another metro station (M11) (for 15 lire) which takes you to the airport (19 lira) it's just for 34 lira

Some staff at the reception need to be more hospitable and smily. Rooms are a bit poorish, but again that's according to very reasonable pricing.

Gamza - at the reception - is a very valuable asset for the hotel. As soon as we arrived early morning (around 9 a.m. and though we didn't ask for it, she gave us the rooms as they were available. Million thanks and respect Gamza. Not to forget her lovely smile🫠😀 The hotel location is a bit far from famous attractions and venues if Istanbul but still very convenient as it was just by the metro (M1)and bus stations. Plus there are cafes and restaurants and even exchange outlets. That's what may explain the good reasonable and convenient price. Everything has a price you know.. Breakfast is OK in general but don't expect a very big one (again as hotel price is very reasonable)
