This is a 10/10 hotel. Location is perfectly central, rooms were great; large with plenty of natural light. Bathroom was also very large and comfortable. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was also amazing.

Not sure anything could. Some have complained about the noise - we didn't hear anything other than you might expect in an inner-city hotel. I might argue that the patio was small. It didn't matter. All was good.

Where to start. The hotel was perfectly sited for the four main cultural attractions: the Blue Mosque; the Aya Sofia; the Topkapi Palace; and the Basilica Cistern. There were some fabulous restaurants nearby, including the Lale Sultan on the corner, and the Arch bistro was amazing. But more than that, the staff were just superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Helpful, friendly, and informative.

The towels and bed sheets were not always 100% clean and we found hair on then after checking in. The walls are quite thin sobyiu could hear everything from the other rooms and from the outside.

The staff was super friendly both at the reception and the breakfast. It's located in a relatively quiet area but not far away from the main attractions of the old town. The breakfast was great and vegetarian friendly.

A small, one might say “cosmetic” wish... I would replace the light bulbs in the room with “warmer” ones 🙂, that is, with a lower light temperature. According to my feelings, the bulbs are installed with a temperature of 4000K (Cool White or even higher) but I like something like 3000K (Bright White) or less...

An excellent hotel (considering the location, price and quality for that money) in the very center of old Constantinople/Istanbul. Very close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and other ancient iconic places. Just a huge mass of restaurants and cafes within walking distance and for any budget. The staff can recommend some “tested” places. The hotel staff is very responsive. We were on holiday with friends, their hotel was nearby. The hotel staff didn't mind when our friends came to visit us a couple of times for a couple of hours. My recommendation is to take the advice of the hotel representatives and book the airport transfer they provide. You will save a lot of nerves, as the hotel staff understands well how to deliver you to the airport on time, taking into account traffic jams and congestion in Istanbul at different times of the day.
