Nothing to dislike about the property

Receptionist was lovely from the very beginning. he was super helpful with all the tour and activity options that Goreme had to offer. The Jacuzzi in our room was a definite highlight for us. Overall the staff were amazing.

Nothing I didn't like. But I would suggest the reception to open a little earlier.

The hotel is very central but slightly off the main road which means a lot more tranquil. It looks lovely and has stunning views. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not really for families as I thought it is. For example dangerous open places for young children also there is a nice decoration wheel Infront of my room . It's authentic original so it's filled with black grass . For children is not good 😊 My kids room has this continues sound in the ceiling also no mini bar fridge.

Shelves were dirty, but if u don’t look at them u won’t notice;)

The location, our room, the terrace, the view was amazing. We enjoyed staying there. If u like to experience staying in caves, I’d recommend booking it. It has own concept. U can cancel booking or book it in advance without a penalty it is a good plus for the hotel and for the guests). Staff was very helpful and they gave us a map of Göreme, recommended places to go.

It was a really amazing stay. We felt really welcome. Sam was lovely and gave us so many good advices. The breakfast was really nice. And the location of the hotel is just perfect for viewing the balloons early in the morning or hike up to the view point which is just around the corner. I would definitely recommend that hotel!!!

The light in the bathroom was very dark. One of the lights didn’t even work. Breakfast options could also improve.

Hotel is very good and we stayed in biggest suit they have so it was perfect. Located very close to centre, taxies and close to hill for goreme view. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is not buffet but they serve you nice and enough. Cave rooms are good experience.

I think we were unlucky as we had a very loud family stay whilst we were there but sound travels from the outside area into the room so we struggled to sleep when people were outside. I complained to the Hotel staff and they sorted this straight away however. Also the bathroom was a bit smelly!

Amazing terrace. Practically by the spot recommended for balloon watching! It also has amazing views of the fairy chi.neys and Goreme. The room was unique and we enjoyed the decor. Really nice outdoor space!

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.

The stay was excellent. The structure is very unique, as carved inside the rock. So is the inside of the rooms. The breakfast is delicious, as cooked and brought to the tables when the client seat in the breakfast area. The staff is excellent, very helpful in particular for tours and transfers. The place is very clean and well organized. They also have a beautiful terrace from where you can take excellent pictures of Goreme and beyond. On the floor level, they have a beautiful garden with lovely pets, including a very friendly cat and a beautiful parrot who whistles when seeing someone approaching. What can I say more? Absolutely excellent experience.
