I can only criticize the quality of the coffee from the machine. It was a classic “high-flow” machine that just never makes good coffee. At least in the hotel bar I would expect quality melted coffee.

The hotel has an excellent location on the city's main street within easy reach of all sights and also within easy reach of the beach. The room was above standard large and modernly equipped. Cleanliness was great. I appreciate the stable and fast wi-fi, which was quite enough for work and entertainment. The all-inclusive service is quite sufficient. Great food, wide selection. I would just appreciate serving breakfast earlier than 7:30 a.m.

Some vendors from street shops were there - two guys from a tattoo parlour wouldn’t leave me and my friend alone while we were trying to relax by the pool.

Extremely clean, friendly staff. The buffet had a large variety of foods (my friend is vegan and managed to always find things she could eat). The location is also great, walking distance from the beach and the castle (better to take and enjoy the cable car up to the castle and then walk down, totally worth it)

With the exception of Alina at the reception, who was very nice and helpful, the rest of the staff is not very kind and smiling.

The hotel is as in the description, close to anything you would like to visit or do. It is very clean, the food is very good and varied. They have a minibus for transfer to and from the beach, although it is about a 10-minute walk away. Everything was very good!

We had few flies and a cockroach in our room on the first day we checked in. No noise cancellation - we could hear our neighbors very loudly. The pool is located in the middle of the restaurant, so it is a bit uncomfortable to swim around people eating and drinking. Not many entertainment activities: bingo night turned out to be a promotional fashion show from a leather shop that was pressing guests into buying their jackets during the dinner time.

Great variety of foods at meal times. Common areas were all clean. Very spacious room. Super friendly staff that speaks English, Russian, German. Location in the center of the city. Shuttle bus to the beach is very convenient. Table tennis available. Smooth check-in and check-out.

You can here things through the wall during night. I think some of the restaurant waiters could be more patient.

Changing of the bathroom supplies should be done on the daily basis, and the room service as well should be done on the daily basis.

Husband and I stayed for two nights in Ramira hotel, and the location was perfect, room was very clean, and comfortable, the internet is the best. Since I do have business online and great contact with people through sessions, Zoom link worked perfect, internet is definitely very important in the modern days and in Ramira worked great. The breakfast is ok, and the row honey is the greatest thing there, I would recommend to everyone to take at least one spoon of the raw honey in Ramira before their breakfast, it is great and healthy. The location is as well perfect, so I would definitely recommend to others this hotel. Thank you.

The hotel has everything to make a stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean, there was very good choice at breakfast with new items every morning, The staff people are very helpful and nice. No problems with wi-fi. The location is central, a short walking distance to the Red Tower, cable car, etc.

The old bed linen with pills and small holes - Everything, bed linen and towels smell of bleach. - Unpleasant sewage smell from the bathroom. - Breakfast leaves much to be desired in quality. I mean, sausages and ham. - The hotel did not notify guests of the Booking hack and phishing emails being sent.

The beach service. Including equipment such as broken umbrellas with rusty handles, and sunbeds pushed next to each other. However, this is operated by an external service provider, and the hotel cannot do anything about it. Nevertheless, it is pleasant to relax and swim on the beach.

We had a little inconvenience at check-in, but Kadriye, the manager, resolved it in a professional manner the very next day. We got more than the inconvenience caused. She compensated us in such a way that everything turned into a positive experience. She had a real professional attitude. About the hotel: a perfect choice. A selection of food suitable for the all-inclusive program at the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, especially the fresh salads and vegetables and the special Turkish sweets, such as baklava. The wifi worked perfectly everywhere in the hotel.The cleanliness is spotless, the staff is nice. The beach is not close, but the bus transfer is well organized. Overall, the hotel is an excellent choice, I recommend it.

the bed small for me ,i’am 1.75m but small even not comfortable, i didn't like how when you stay one week they dont hoover the room when they refresh it especially the hotel near the beach, as well when they refresh the room they dont change the towel after 3 day i asked. i use the cup in the room for my medicine and i get surprised that they dont change the cup they just wash it in the toilet sink. my partner just give feedback about this to the Receptionist the male on the checkout he didn't say anything at all or ask how was our stay we really enjoyed and we was waiting to give our feedback but seems he didn’t care, he seems bored,he doesn't even smile to the guests. The parasol on the beach so old and doesn't look nice even for pictures.
