We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

This is our third time staying at Karacan Hotel, its location is perfect for those flying over Dalaman airport and need a stopover along the way. The rooms are very clean, staff are extremely nice and breakfast is great.

The staff, we came from Ireland and honestly they were the friendliest most helpful staff. They couldn’t do enough. The rooms are more like little apartment which was great and every day was cleaned. It was air con and fresh towels couldn’t recommend enough.

IranI add another thing to what I mentioned before that is a noise that we heard it all the night that made us not sleep comfortably. We couldn't realize what it was and didn't have time to report it as we were running to the airport.
I have mentioned what I liked in my previous review. There are several good points, such as location, friendly staff, and nice an reasonable breakfast that I can emphasize on them again.

IranNothing serious. However, having a safe box in the rooms to be able to leave some documents and some other stuff makes gusts minds more comfortable. Also perhaps extra pillows would cause more comfortable sleep.
Fantastic location, very friendly staff, and quite reasonable breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. You are close to the airport and a couple of minutes walking away from the city center.

The hotel is located at a strategic location for easy access to the airport (by taxi) and to walk to the center of Dalaman in the evening (which takes about ten to fifteen minutes). So it's easy to go out for dinner. It is possible to park next to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Turkish-style breakfast is abundant and served with attention and dedication. The staff is extremely helpful and does their utmost to make your stay pleasant. This place is highly recommended for those who want to spend the night near DLM airport.

Mini the gent on the night shift reception was a diamond. He ordered me food as my turkish is bad and offered a few options to order from. The hotel is not at all far from the airport takes 5 to 7 mins in a taxi. The hotel front garden is amazing and the way its done with all the trees lights and plants you don't feel exposed to the traffic. Breakfast was nice too.
