How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was really good. Also we got a small breakfast boxes on our request since we had an early flight. 15 minutes drive from Airport. Great value for little money. Wonderful people at the reception, especially Enes, and they immediately responded to all our requests. For a short stay in Istanbul, who wants to be close to the airport, an excellent choice

When we stay here we felt like we are at home. During staying they offer us soup without charge at night and it was tasty. What else can i say. Thanks to polite staff that try to help make our staying as we are at home.

I always choose the Istanbul New Airport Hotel Trademark Collection by Wyndham whenever I am transiting. The proximity to the airport, cleanliness, friendly staff, and nearby mosque make it a great choice for me.

the rooms facing the highway is a little noisy during the day but at night its peaceful
the breakfast was kinda mixture of local tastes and has some inspirations of international cuisines so you will definitely enjoy it as you have many options to consume. i cant really remember his name but i really appreciate the hospitality of the guy with the japanese tattoo at reception. will definitely have another room here in our next trip

The lady who makes the coffee and tea for the guests at breakfast really needs to take a few lessons in customer relations. If she does not want to make guests coffee find another job.
For proximity to the airport it is excellent. Allie at reception was so helpful and accommodating. Excellent asset to the hotel.

This is an amazing hotel. From the time we entered till the time we departed for our flight. Davut at reception was so helpful as well as his team. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet thoroughly enjoyable.

The hotel has just one elevator, which can become quite busy when there are large groups. That’s the only minor inconvenience.

everything was perfect
i have traveled with two friends of mine and they gave us rooms next to each other. they also told us that they have made an upgrade to one of us for free because they had availability and i was the lucky one :) their suite room had a jacuzzi and god that room was huge! i would definitely book the room if i were to celebrate something with someone because that room is unique for sure. thanks for the great service!
