There was a mouse… Bed little hard Noisy neighbors Unfortunately, Taksim area in the evening turns into something else not recommended for only girls.

The property is not very big, but comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. Umut is very kind, available, hospitable and helpful you can always count on him. Definitely and highly recommended. The property is just 10 minutes from Taksim square, where you can take transportations and shop.

Well, the TV did not have signal but we were not interested in watching it anyway. Regarding room cleaning, I'm not sure if they did it (probably not) but we did not want it neither, so none of these things were really a problem. So, if you get there just make sure to ask about it. Hot water was the only issue... We actually never had it.

Such a great stay. I'd like to thank the host who welcomed us upon arrival with se tea and provided useful information about the city. The room was comfortable and clean. Location was good too, close to the city centre (but in a local people neighbourhood), safe anyway.

The mini fridge could have been cleaner, but as we didn’t use it during our stay (ate out all the time) this didn’t impact us much.

The close location to the bus station and Taksim Square is definitely a selling point. The area around the hotel itself is quiet but you only need to walk a little bit to get into the bustle of the city. The owner was very kind and friendly as well - we had a great time.

Very bad condition. Im was upset when I saw the apartment and the room very dirty. There was nobody to ask something or try to learn. Mornings I dont know where was the guide or receptionist. Nobody did check inn or check out. The street was too loud and dirty. and the road was very unexpected. Road goes up the hill after one day going up to the main street the muscles will start to hurt. The room was not the same room that you see on picture!

The facilities were not the same as the photos on booking.com. As my picture shows electric kettle and dining area don't exist. There is a steep downhill on the way to Taksim Square. There were no bathroom slippers. There was no liquid soap. There was a long hair in a towel. There was a smell of cigarettes.

The bed was comfortable and clean. the bathroom was clean.

Avoid staying here if you need two separate rooms. The single bed is located within the broom closet, next to a noisy water heater. Since it's essentially a room within another room, you have to pass through it to access the bathroom. When I brought up the lack of toilet paper to the receptionist, he rudely suggested I could leave for another hotel. To make matters worse, he cancelled my reservation in the middle of the night to prevent me from leaving a review (thanks to Booking.com's customer service for reinstating it).

Not much, the location and cleanliness weren't bad at all.

Very convenient location close to Taksim square with the all the transportation by hand. Very nice and cosy hotel with an amazing host who made you feel like at home and let me check in at 11:00 instead of the standard time which really made my day since I got to the property straight after 8 hour flight. At the day of the check out the host treated me to a couple cups of nice tea and we had a really nice chat.

The neighborhood seemed really poor and downgraded and you have to climb a steep road to the central road which is a little exhausting. There was a crack on the wall due to humidity and the hotel could benefit from a renovation.

The hotel was average, it had a comfortable room with a clean bathroom. It is near taxim square in the city center. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us with everything we asked. All in all, a value for money place for a short visit in the city center.
