There is no bus area close to the hotels, you have to walk within 15 minutes to reach the nearest transport station. A few heavy streets are close to the hotel, otherwise everything is great.

The only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been a slightly better equipt gym area, maybe an exercise bike or two or the option to use the facilities in the neighbouring Elysium hotel.

I found the everyone very friendly and helpful. especially the hard working staff in the kitchen and restaurant area who went out of they way at breakfast time. Thank you.

The hotel and the rooms are clean. But there is a bad smell in the hotel. Probably from the lobby toilette.

The heating makes a lot of noise. water drain is clogged in the shower (we struggled to shower during our stay)

We rented two rooms, one for two adults and one for two children. In the children's room, the heating didn't work for 3 days. On our fourth night, there was a potential fire hazard in the hallway. Luckily, it was handled quickly.

The only thing is the location of hotel is close of hospital Emergency Room so the ambulance alarm can make uncomfortable anytime unexpected specifically if you sleep and the housekeeping service finish at 4pm

The staff is great specially yousef he really helped me a lot with everything I needed, if I ever back again just because of the hospitality of yousef and other staff I don’t remember they names, the specious of room is good compared other hotels in Istanbul, in general all good

The hotel was at an extremely convenient location in Taksim. Very close to Havaist/Havabus. The staff was very courteous, especially Mubarik. The room was comfortable and all facilities were available.

I booked Elsyium Styles Hotel, however when I got there, we were told about being shifted to The Elsyium Hotel (its a 5mins uphill walk from there). The location was exceptional, providing easy access to the main center. The staff was welcoming and very hospitable. Facilities were great. The room itself was great.
