This was our second visit to TUI BLUE Sarıgerme Park. We really enjoyed our stay, food was excellent, facilities were more than good and beach was clean and tidy. Staff were always extremely helpful.

Our room had two twin beds which, on request, they tried to make a double by wedging some foam in between which unfortunately made it quite uncomfortable. The pillows were also very dense and uncomfortable. We also believed from the photos that there was a steam room in the resort but this wasn’t the case and there are no indoor pool/steam room/sauna/spa facilities included in the cost. Nevertheless they have many other activities available.

On arrival, we were greeted by lots of friendly smiling staff with welcome drinks. Check in was swift and they showed us to a lovely room with a view of the ocean. The room, pools, grounds, beach, restaurants and resort as a whole was exceptionally clean. The gardens were beautifully manicured and it was a joy strolling through them to the beach. There was a wide range of foods at all mealtimes and the food was, on the whole, quite good. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. There were a range of activities on offer during our stay which we enjoyed. There was a farewell lounge with great facilities for showering/freshening up post-checkout.

•Kids club was not open on some days and the children’s playground was open for a limited amount of time during the day. •Not all drinks are included in all- inclusive and a charge is payable for some popular drinks.

•Gurvan from concierge was extremely helpful and made our stay at the hotel very comfortable. •The hotel is set in a beautiful natural park and walking distance to the beach which was very clean. •The hotel room was immaculate and the beds comfortable. •The food served at the restaurant and snack bar was delicious with a wide variety of choices including for children.

Beatiful setting with pleanty to do. Food and options were great and extra offerings of a la crate and BBQ were very good also. It was like a mini village and had shops, sap, gym so options for all.

Everything was awesome. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. The beach was clean and not so far from the accommodation. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel gardens were incredible. Beautiful! I highly recommend staying in this hotel. We will definitely come back here. We thank you!

The only thing I could fault was the bed wasn't that comfortable, although the room was excellent.

The service from all members of staff was excellent. The food at all occasions and in all locations was superb, with a wide choice to suit all palates. Although I didn't use any of the sports facilities the pools and surrounding area were always kept spotless. There seemed to be enough sunbeds, of a good quality, around the pool. I think the most outstanding features of Tui Blu Sarigerme Park were the gardens and cleanliness of the whole place. Location wise it couldnt be better, just 20 minutes away from Dalaman Airport. Fantastic.

Some of the alcohol beverages were not great. If you are a wine lover like myself then you would be disappointed by overall great service for drinks, coffees during the day but cocktails and wine choice were poor but I suppose that's not a bad thing!

We did not find anything wrong with the facilities or our stay.

Absolutely amazing staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were cleaned beautifully. We took advantage of the dry cleaning service and were very pleased as it was only a euro per item. The selection of food at Breakfast ,lunch and dinner wowed us. The fruit selection was pure joy for me. The Al a Carte restaurant was next level. Every course was delicious . Everyone from when we arrived at 11.45 on the evening were so helpful. A food and drink station was left out after our late flight which was very welcome . Everyone on the reception desk were so helpful and always so polite and friendly. Mr Kaan stood out as an exemplary member of the team and our stay was made so much easier by him, for example he arranged for us to have a lift to the beach as my husband was finding it difficult to walk a distance. Once again, Tui blue Sarigerme is a wonderful stress free hotel. Looking to book again as soon as possible x

Second time at this hotel! Loved it when stayed last October and decided to come back. Facilities are nice and clean , kitchen is diverse and tasty! Personal is friendly and helpful, in restaurant Didem, Feride and others always welcoming you! Also spa people are great and massage were awesome (we took package with my wife and enjoyed it). Mehmet from spa set up a good deal for us! Also thanks to cleaning lady who kept our room in order (room 1813). Room was done every time we came from breakfast!

What did I not like??? Leaving. Always feels like coming home here, that's probably I booked for the 3rd time and definitely will come back again.

Too much to list but here goes Warm and friendly welcome at gate (came by car) Welcome and caddy ride for luggage and help for elderly father from carpark to lobby. Warm and friendly welcome at lobby, staff processed our check-in while we were enjoying a welcome drink. Caddy drive to lodgings (villa) so elderly father did not have to walk far. Clean and airy lodging with plenty of daylight overlooking gardens Beautifully kept gardens en greenery, delicious food in restaurants and beach bar, beach is cleaned daily, plenty of sunbeds. Friendly staff all over, greeting with a big smile and always helpfull. Lots of possibilities for sports, leisure and exploring. Easy access for daily programs via the TUI BLUE app so you'll have a good overview of all possibilities. And so much more...
