Shower was very very slow to drain, and thus overflowed and pooled in a spot next to the toilet that also didn't drain.

Accommodating staff, allowed us early check in as our flight got into Istanbul very early. Comfortable firm beds, great location with plenty of amazing food options nearby. Perfect if you're keen to see the sights and just come back to sleep.

Host was great. He met us at midnight and was very accommodating. Location of the property is great. As we looked for a cheap sleep over place. It worked for us this time. I would not recommend it to someone who is looking for a fancy hotel room. It is the unit in the apartment building.

Nothing to dislike, for the sake of justice, I want to tell that as this is a building of houses informed in the booking.com, our expectations should be within those conditions. We found the room as we expected, and enjoyed its location and proximity to the city center.

Its location is very good, being close to Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Suleymaniye, Kapali Charshi etc. We are impressed by friendly welcome by the host Mr. Dindar, who even guided me to find an appropriate parking place.

Right from the moment I arrived, the owner of the hotel greeted me with a warm smile and went beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His dedication to guiding me through the facilities and services was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. The only downside of the hotel was the absence of an elevator, which could have been a challenge for some guests. However, this minor inconvenience was swiftly mitigated by the efforts of the hotel manager. He personally carried all of my luggage to my room, displaying a level of dedication and service that is rare to find. The highlight of my stay was the cleanliness and fresh ambience of the room. All the beds had been recently changed. The bathroom and toilet were spotlessly clean.

Host and location - great, but - be careful, call them before check-in, because its not Hotel or Guesthouse - its apartment without reception. Reasonable price for location, hot water, room with 3 beads, balcony and clean towels. If you need something - just ask host - transfer, money exchange, whatever.

Location is good tran station is about 500meter but you have to like climb the mountain road is not straight metro station is 1.5km you can easily walk there. Most famous location is all near you can easily go there.
