Spacious apartments equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Pool is nice and the beach with all the infrastructure is 5 minutes away through the "main" spa hotel territory.

Noise from the street and nearby apartments - basically, there's no soundproofing at all. Wifi doesn't work, period. Repetitive and poor quality food at the main hotel buffet. Overcrowded pools which are simply too small for the size of the property. Public beach with so-so cleaning standards. There is a river coming into the sea next to the hotel's beach area and it brings cold water and some garbage with it. Very basic beach beds and umbrellas, but they do the job.

Spacious, fresh, well-equipped accommodation, 5-10 min walking from the beach. With all inclusive package you can use all the facilities and the restaurant of the main hotel which is great when travelling with kids. Friendly and very helpful staff at the reception, thank you!

AirCon kept switching off so I was obliged to turn all the fuses off & switch them back in? what’s all that about. The Toilet or shower was leaking in the bathroom. I reported water leakage and no attempt was made to stop it. The TV had no explanation as to how it worked. a bloody nightmare.

The only thing that is really worth mentioning: Wi-Fi. It is not suitable for ZOOM meetings, so I couldn't find a place for comfortable online work. The Neighbour was listening to an audio podcast without headphones all the time sitting on the balcony .. that created some troubles when trying to concentrate on the work process :). Hope he will leave the hotel and you won't experience it, I suffered enough.

Amazing apartments with swimming pools for adults and kids, good spacious apartments with balconies. All amenities are in a good condition, fully equipped. It's quite far from the city center, but, on the other hand, it's much quieter at night time. I would recommend it for families with kids. Very good restaurant with decent lunch for 150 TLR per person.

The apartment was very clean, and well contained. The only issue I hadwas there were no tea towels ( for drying delph) although there was a delph rack. Also no cloths sponges etc to wipe down table, surfaces etc. There should be a pack with washingup liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine products to use washing machine. i was only there one week so to purchase thse items would have been a waste. Beds weere adequate but smal single beds, we are both tall people. Staff very frinedly and they had good english. i used the gym and it was clean and well contained.

There was a really bad Wi-Fi in the place. It was better on reception and first floor. But in the apartments itself it was slow. Sometimes there were disconnections. It's not really convenient if you do business online on vocation.

The place in general was nice and cozy. It was compact but everything what was needed was there. Really not far from sea. Nice swimming pools. Some bars and restaurants not far from it. Also there is a market not far from, so you may buy any fresh fruits.

The staff at the pool did not work so much, just sitting on the phone and have a cigarette instead of walking around and ask if we would like something to drink, or something else they could do for us.

Cockroaches in the rooms, noticed twice, it's unacceptable. Cards Mir are not accepted. Expensive breakfast for 20 Euro. Euro 100 per night without breakfast is a high price.
