It is a very convenient location, with spacious parking opposite the building, helpful staff, and a cozy restaurant with excellent breakfast, direct access to the central part of the town

An Iftar menu in the restaurant would be nice.

The hotel is very close to the railway station - it took me maybe 5 minutes to reach the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, tv set had YouTube app installed, so I could watch my favorite Turkish Series (in original) until rain clouds moved on. I asked for Sahur (I was there during Ramazan) which has been delivered to my room on time and was really tasty. The reception and cleanıg staff has been nice and helpful in all situations.

I was surprised that some of the staff couldn't speak English that well, a lot did, but some were struggling to communicate fully. A lot of the channels didn't work on the TV. The WiFi wasn't great, it would cut out a lot. Some of the bathroom fittings were not secured properly. The breakfast was served in the pub, despite there being a lovely restaurant space on the top floor. This meant that a lot of people were smoking while we were trying to eat and it was very off putting. On one specific incident, we complained about this and the waitress tried to move us to another area, but there were more people smoking in the suggested area. The next day, my wife wanted to smoke after breakfast and went to the area that everyone was smoking in the previous day and the same waitress asked her to move, saying she can't smoke there! We moved, I looked back and someone was smoking on the very next table, beside the waitress and she didn't say anything.

The hotel was very clean, the food was very nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was huge. It was located centrally within walking distance of the river, the centre and the train station. The spa was very nice. It was quite a novelty to have a pub and a patisserie on site. The patisserie was very nice and the cakes and tea were delicious.

- I saw in comments, that some people had spa access included, but we weren’t so lucky 😅 - I expected it to be more like a spa hotel, but it didn’t have any creams or lotions in a bathroom (but it’s not a problem, it just my expectations) - we booked a non smoking room, but there was an ashtray in a room (no bad smell though)

+ very clean room (the cleaning lady was so sweet to us, she was always trying to make sure we have everything we need) + comfy fresh beds + nice breakfast and great stuff serving those + everything you expect from the hotel 😁 it was pleasant to stay there

The Pivot restaurant changed the menu since last time in August when we visited it. I found meals less appealing.

I can't say we didn't like it, but breakfast could be a bit better for this quality hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only 10 minutes walk to the train station and a shopping mall, restaurants etc. Hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We used the spa and took massage which was also great! Rooms are very modern, big and comfortable.

The continental breakfast was very good and adequate. Due to the central location, shops and restaurants were always within walking distance. The housekeeping ladies Figen and Fidan did a good job. Due to the parking garage opposite the hotel, finding a parking space was no problem

I arrived at 0130 in the morning and a unfortunately the room highly smelled of smoke. Then the room was changed right immediately with the new one. And I assume due to that change (record in he database) for the the following two days the room card did not work. So I returned to the reception requesting the replacement of the card. And assuming for the same reason for the same two days the room wasn't make up. I believe it was an unfortunate case.

I am a remote worker and wifi plays the most important role , they literally gave me access to their furthest router . The signal was weak and I had to use my 4g .

The design , location, and comfort were the top 3 I can mention , also the spa service was so satisfying. Great room service and friendly staff

Although the windows are double glazed, but the insulation isn’t sufficient, especially for the rooms that face the street. The breakfast didn’t offer much choices, most of the items were not tasty, and the quality of breakfast was nowhere near the quality of the hotel. I Hope they improve their breakfast next time.

It’s location was perfect in any measures, close to yht train station and city main shopping mall, also you canfind many good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel offer 10 percent discunt on som restaurant like teho which is my favourit italian restaurant in Eskisehir.

Although very welcoming, polite and giving us full attention, stuff at the bar/restaurant were not speaking very good English, unfortunately. Still, the overall experience didn't suffer from it, they managed to please us and to serve our orders gracefully.

Reception personnel: EXCELLENT!!! Facilities (spa, sauna(s), Turkish bath, swimming pool): very good!!! Breakfast: depending on the stuff present for the day, we had an excellent experience one day, but also a less great one the next day. Nevertheless, the food choices were excellent, all stuff was overly polite and welcoming, and the little inconvenience wasn't based on bad intention or lack of professionalism. Extra: they have a little sweets shop/restaurant near the reception, with delicious things to enjoy in a classy atmosphere.

Everything was great, but just one piece of feedback. There was no soap in the shower, only a shampoo dispenser. I would recommend putting soap dispenser in shower, as well as shampoo - I had to buy my own soap as i didn’t want to use the soap from the hand basin dispenser 🙂

A/C always turn off after 10 or 15 minutes and you have to turn on again There are two pillows, one of them is good size and comfortable, the other one is very big and not comfortable at all . They give only one card to open the room .and if your wife went for shopping you have to wait her in the lobby until she comes back because you don't have another card.

Location near espark mall and restaurants Staff are nice Room is wide Clean Car parking in front of the hotel.. don't forget to take a discount paper from the reception.
