One note is the £300 deposit required at check-in, which felt a bit steep. However, this was promptly refunded upon checkout after they inspected the apartment for any damages or missing items. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with daily housekeeping and a consistently restocked refrigerator with water bottles. One staff member, Mehmet, particularly stood out for his exceptional service. He assisted us with everything from check-in to parking the car. Whenever we wanted to sleep in without being disturbed by the cleaners, we could text him, and he would ensure they came at a later time. Contrary to some reviews describing the area as "dangerous" or "sketchy," we found it to be perfectly safe. The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk to Taksim, situated on a busy street filled with people and restaurants. Despite this, our room was wonderfully quiet.

It was more a case of the odd thing to improve a stay …. A folder explains how things work in different languages ie appliances in the studio, would have been helpful. Plus a full length mirror would have been helpful as the one on the wardrobe was obscured by the bed. But thes are really only minor issues the place is excellent and would not hesitate to stay there again ….. lovely stay Thank you Garlon 😁from the Uk.

No breakfast included in this, the location was good, just remember to pack comfy shoes pavements not great ! The staff were excellent very helpful and accommodating especially Omar & Hussein our studio was cleaned every day by a great team especially Ameena who weren’t above and beyond for us 😁

The apartment and personnel were great but the location is horrible. Yes, it is 5min walk to Taksim square but it is not a pleasant walk to get there. As a tourist that are should be avoided - there is nothing there except for poverty, rundown buildings and high traffic.

Good value for a 2 room apartment. Nice and clean place. It is a new building in a rundown part of the city. We didn’t use kitchen as we were there just for one day and a half, but there is everything to make your own food. The personnel were great and friendly.

Sometimes wifi is poor,specially in the bedroom.

I have been there for 9 days,the property is located like 5min walk from the center (Taksim) which makes it perfect….no need to worries abt transport.The staff are fantastic they respond for any questions so fast👍🏽👍🏽.

Our stay was very pleasant. The residence is very calm, secure and close to Taksim and Istiklal street and not too far from the Bosphorus. The rooms were very clean and nice. Mehmet and Hussein from the residence’s team were here to help whenever needed and where very nice.

Nothing to complain- only: they should provide "Do not disturb" signs for the cleaning staff. Otherwise they always knock everyday at the door (we were latebirds)

Everything. The service was excellent from start to the end of our trip. The GR team took care of everything (also our transfer to the SAW airport) The apartment is located close to taksim- it's not so close to the Aya Sofya or Blue Mosque for ex- but it's well situated to public transport, so that we didnt had to travel for long for sightseeing.

The only thing was the noise from the main street at night. It was a bit distracting when trying to sleep. Other than that, everything else about my stay was great!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean with daily cleaning services, which I appreciated a lot. It’s also in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The buliding is in street with intense traffic and there is always a lot of noise because of it.

There was a mix up with the booking which I felt must be an issue with booking.com rather than the property itself. We made a booking for 3 people on booking.com but the team at the property only had 2 people booking available. Mehmet at reception sorted it immediately with no stress which was a relief. Thanks Mehmet !!

Not immediately obvious where to meet, there is no formal reception area and the apartment block is quite large.

Apartments are well equipped and in a good location, close to a bus stop and shopping street in Taksim. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
