It was a perfect location near to the metro station and 1 km from Galata Tower. The people from hotel were very friendly and they helped me any time I needed. They have a terrace with a beautiful view on Bosfor. I love it and I will come again.

There were two of us. The rooms are clean, the stuff and the boss are very kind and very helpful. Also near the subway so very practical. But the terrace is the best! We also left the car there (5€/day) and everything was OK. I recommend staying there. Kind regards from Slovenia

The hotel is located very close to the Galata Tower, but it is not noisy. A great new room, with everything you need. Very friendly and friendly stuff. I checked out in the morning, and flew away in the evening, asked to leave my things and they agreed without lunch. Great hotel, I recommend it.

Clean comfortable stay in nice cozy room with clean linen, towels and bedsheets. Mini bar is available for convenience. The view from the fourth floor terrace is amazing as you can see the Bosporus and the skyline of Istanbul. Very many thanks and appreciation to Altin for hosting me during my stay. She kindly made me a cup of tea on the terrace, served with sweet treats.

The hotel is nice and cozy, in a perfect location near the Sishane Metro station It's conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from the Galata Tower and a 20-minute walk from the Galata Bridge. Despite being located near a main road, noise from traffic was minimal and hardly disruptive. The lady who runs the hotel is extremely attentive and caring, providing excellent service.

The water bottle in the mini bar was a little expensive. but, there is a shop in front of the hotel. you can buy your coffee, bottled water and stuff there.

helpful staff, huge TV with lots of channels. beautiful room clean toilet with toiletries, good water pressure and hair dryer. Free fast WiFi heater was working. comfy bed and every day house keeping. There are two bus stops near the hotel. one of them just behind the hotel. because of this i spent less than $20/ for travel (6 days) for the whole trip including the trip to the airport. The subway entrance is also in front of the hotel. The little cafe in front of the hotel had good service and good food. had all my breakfasts there. There is a water cooler at the reception ( you can refill your water bottle free before heading out ) The view from terrace at sunset was amazing.

Our stay at the hotel was 6 days. We were extremely satisfied with the service. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. We were very happy with the location of the hotel. 5 min walk from Galata tower, 2 min to metro station, 5 min to Hop on Hop off bus stop Shishane ,20 min to Bosphorus. We will definitely visit Istanbul again and stay at Galata Istanbul Hotel !

The room is not small and not big. I was traveling alone, so it was great for me. But I think for two people there won’t be enough space.

The hotel is exceptional. Great location near the metro exit and within walkable distance from Istiklal Avenue and Galata Tower. Great WiFI for remote work and Zoom calls. This hotel will be on my top list for the next Istanbul trips.
