How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The noise outside the hotel until 04.00 was loud, I suggest a room away from the front of the hotel.

Truly Nothing to complain about.
It was an amazing stay, the reception staff are so quick and supportive. The breakfast staff were very the lady fatima was super friendly. It was like a home away from home.

All was perfect
I cannot speak highly enough of my recent 5-day stay at the Falcon Hotel. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Oytun and Hayreddn went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their kindness, warmth, and hospitality truly made me feel welcomed and cared for. Special thanks to Tamara Coşkun from the guest service for her invaluable recommendations, which helped me plan enriching activities throughout my stay. Additionally, I must extend my gratitude to the kitchen and restaurant staff who took such wonderful care of me during breakfast. The staff attentive service made me feel like part of a family rather than just a hotel guest. Already, I find myself missing the wonderful staff and the welcoming atmosphere of the Falcon Hotel. I have no doubt that I will return here for my next stay in Antalya. Thank you all for making my time here so memorable and enjoyable!"

Had an absolutely amazing stay at the Falcon 1511. The staff here are beyond helpful. Always happy to help with a smile 😊. I felt really relaxed from the time I checked in to the time that I checked out. The breakfast here too was really nice 👍🏽. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable too. If you’re looking for a quiet stay, then definitely a one to consider. Definitely five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me. 🙏🏽🙏🏽😊

Only small area to sit outside so not much facilities for that purpose and was very quiet which may have been the time of year, would suit some but it would have been nice to have more guests staying. Ok for what I wanted it for though.
Nice little hotel, clean and tidy and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Perfect for my needs this time as a solo traveller here for a dental visit. I wasn’t happy with my first room due to the view out the back and they changed it straight away. Value for money.

Doors are very heavy I believe for a safety reason, but the banging of door is constant and can wake you up quite a few times in the night. That disturbed me a lot during the say. Manager can wrote a sign in each room for each door to be closed gently (as a reminder), alternately guests will just bang the doors. The air conditioner is central and thus may be a bit of difficulty to control it from the room.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to speak to the Manager or receptionist if you need anything. Very lovely people. Location is good, in Lara, many shops, restaurants, bars. If you prefer with a sea view go for the Falcon on the sea just down the road.

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is varied and delicious! A quiet and peaceful location in the centre of Antalya. The windows opened, I could enjoy the air. Friendly and qualified staff! The hotel has good sound insulation.

The hotel is about 30" from the old town, where most of the attractions will be found, but a taxi into the old town is cheap and easy.
A clean and comfortable hotel with 24 hour desk and helpful staff. Our room was pleasant, everything worked as it should - hot water, wifi, TV, kettle. We liked the electric window and rainforest shower. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels etc. The breakfast buffet was spectacular, even on days when there were few guests. Special mention must be made of Fadime who looked after us at breakfast. She was so helpful and attentive and made special 'mixtures' for my wife who had a sore throat. No-one spoke much English but everyone tried hard to communicate and make things go smoothly. There are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and so on in easy walking distance, also a lovely little park overlooking the rocky shore.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff, a good breakfast, a comfortable bed, and a clean room, not very spacious but I knew it from the description. I slept really well and it's a key in every hotel. They also provided free water and fruits. The Wi-fi was okay.

Wifi would drop out here and there but nothing serious. Also, they don’t actually do airport transfers, so best to just catch a taxi from the airport cost me around 550 LIRA but might be able to bargain for cheaper.
Staff were very lovely, decent breakfast with little changes each day, comfortable bed and clean rooms.

The process of check-in at 0200 at night took a long time, maybe better to allow to do it next morning.
Clean, well equipped, quiet hotel. Situated at Lara area a bit far from old town but that fit us great. Personal were very helpful, allowed for late checkout for reasonable price. We enjoyed very much
