Evening meal from 7 till 9. Too short. Full hotel and it was madness.. Far too busy, staff unable to cope with volume. Tables dirty, service for drinks not good enough. During the day music far too loud, no area to escape the rave music. if you book a stay here only stay in the new accommodation. .

Had to move rooms as old block of rooms had paper-thin walls, really noisy. New block so much better, had a family room and also a double room as a party of six. Accommodation so much better. Staff very helpful.

a plug socket in the room was hanging out and the flushing was wobbly, it was hot in the dining areas some more ac's could be applied as at moments its tiring to eat in that heat

The food is a big problem at this Hotel. We had 3 members of our group with stomach problems. Not too many choices, very very crowded , it was like a military canteen. Also the rooms in the 6000+ part of the hotel , are really small with old furniture and small bathrooms !

After 10 years of going in Turkey in diferent location i found THE BEST WIFI network at this hotel ! The rooms (3000+ part) are really nice and big , with nice furniture and bathrooms. The staff is great!

We got rooms very far from the pools, from the first day we asked to change rooms because we have children and want to keep an eye on them when they swim in the pools, they told us they don't have any but the next day there are available rooms they will give us, on the second day we went to the reception desk to get other rooms, they said they don't have any, but they will look for Today, but they ignore us, and did not change, it was far and difficult for the children, and the trip was over and we were not satisfied, Besides, the price is very high not worth the money we paid. It's hard to get a table to sit in the dining room, it's always full of people, there's not enough space to sit and eat.. There are many dogs in the yard, there was a case and a dog ran after a child from one of the tourist families and tried to attack him. A small Gym, very old and almost all the equipment did not work.

The price for rooms in the older part of the hotel are expensive for the quality of the room. The newer part of the hotel is much nicer.

The new hotel extension was better than the older area. The photos on line are also outdated.

I‘d guess the hotel as 3 *** and not 4****.

City center is very closely located to the hotel and reachable by a 10 minute car ride. The staff was friendly. the hotel offers an excellent range of the turkish cuisine. The hotel area as well as the rooms were clean.

Photos of the room are either outdated or simply the renders of the room. The actual condition of the building and the room is quite old, needs renovation.

Excellent location, a lot of water slides, very good for kids of all ages.

Around 9:30 in the morning, we arrived to the Ephesia, and our check-in time was at 14:00. When we showed our reservation at Reception the lady said our room is ready and gave us the room key, and requested us to leave for the restaurant before breakfast time is over. This was amazing.  The resort has excellent facilities and a lovely location. However, the pools' chilly water prevented kids from having fun in the water, which was a drawback. Restaurants offered tasty cuisine and were neat and tidy, although can be improved by displaying Menus name few  food's names were not display. Overall it was nice experience and would recommend to friends.

Somebody intruded in our room when we were out for the dinner and messed up the room searching for something to steal. We have reported the situation to the management. Unfortunately, they refused to find the intruder by surveying through the security cams. We had no other choice to stay , as we had pre-scheduled flight and happened to pay off the bill upfront.otherwise, we could.leave a.s.a.p. The place is not safe and personnel is negligiant and ignorance. We really regret to have chosen this place. Very dissappointed.

Poor internet signal in building 6xxxx.

The rooms were clean. The food was excellent, we liked the location as well, it was close to the Dolmus stop, and Sosyete Bazar. AVM was about 10 min walk. The cleaning lady and staff were very-very friendly they were always smiling!

During 4 days of our stay something was wrong with slides in the pool. Had only one chance to try them.

Comfortable hotel, compact but well-organised territory, quality food. Great value for money.

Food was very poor quality. Meat choices were very poor. Veggie dishes were not tasty. Buffet was not looking clean. It was a very crowded hotel, long lines in the buffet. There was a heavy smell from the beach. We didn’t swim in the sea at all.

Our room was good new and clean. we booked another room for my family and their room was very old.So some part of the hotel is renovated, some part wan not. Pools were good and fun. Staff was helpful.

The food, the extremely loud music starting at 3pm every afternoon. Also a wedding was booked one of the days we were there, using up one of the 4 pools on the property, meaning all other pools were super crowded. Guests would try to save lounge chairs but not even show up to use them, making even less space for the other guests to enjoy.

The food was terrible. It was reheated, microwaved and/or canned.
