Nothing that we didn’t like, just the meals selection was huge and freshly made, some variations in menu but could do with a bit more so it doesn’t feel repeatative.

We loved everything from meals to facilities, but really enjoyed the entertainment. The team were so friendly and involved everyone to join in and have fun. Bingo was again unexpected bonus. The waiting staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay excellent experience. Thanks to Ife and Mehmet our lovely waiters🙂

Staff really friendly and helpful brilliant location right on beach 2 thirds way around the bay ,all inclusive drinks on the beach ,we stayed at EMRE BEACH hotel on the beach, there are 2 buildings the other one is behind and across a busy road called EMRE hotel apart from this both hotels are lovely but all food and bars are at the beach hotel ,I paid the dearer priced room called double room on booking.com hoping this would be the sea view room and got high floor sea view and pool view, food excellent normally when we go All inclusive we don't eat in hotel much but this hotel we ate all meals was very good quality food lots of cooked fresh grilled meats and fish and many salads and very good quality patisserie cakes and the beer you had choices I think was Budweiser and couple others I stuck with the Efes was good and in a nice glass in the bar not plastic cup ,this is the best all Inc we have stayed at and will be back thanks

Noise: There is basically no soundproofing in the rooms, so if you're lucky to have the best views, you will also get exposed to all the loud music from entertainment happening A/C: Blowing directly at you in the bed will give you a choice between getting frozen asleep or turning it off and sweating all night Check-in: This hotel stay was marred by a major reservation issue. Despite paying through Booking.com, the hotel claimed I hadn't. The reception staff was nice, but their manager was unprofessional, raising his voice, blaming us falsely, and even suggesting me getting drunk to make communication easier. He demanded immediate payment at a higher rate right on the spot, otherwise threatening to kick us out. Booking.com confirmed the payment, but it took three calls for the manager to accept their word and allow us to stay. To top it off, he lied about upgrading our room. Such behaviour is unacceptable and this manager shouldn't work in hospitality.

It was great overall, good food, good selection of drinks, clean rooms and friendly personnel (except one guy, more in negative review) Entertainment was diverse, and the beach was kept very clean.

nice location,clean spacious room, a wonderful balcony, comfortable bed and excellent shower, and a varied buffet At breakfast, lunch and dinner ,Providing sweets after lunch, ice cream and water is a wonderful thing that I have not seen in most hotels, and there are entertainment programs for guests daily, Turkish bath, spa and yoga A fantastic beach, beach chairs and umbrellas available for hotel guests, clean swimming pools and clean towels.There is spacious parking.The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Fabulous! The rooms are modern, very clean, and well-equipped. There is a great variety of all-inclusive meals, snacks, and beverages of a high quality. The staff in the hotel was exceptionally professional and provided a great service. The hotel beach and all the facilities are very comfortable. The sea is clean and calm, ideal for swimming. The all-inclusive included also a nice spa with a sauna, indoor pool, and gym. During my stay, most of the guests in the hotel were British.

The mattress was too hard. The spa area was disappointing, e. g. they had a 80C sauna where throwing water was not allowed so there was no heat. As expected, "All inclusive cocktails" were a joke — when I asked for a Margarita, the guy at the bar went to check the ingredients twice before finally handing me a tall glass of lemonade.

Vast food selection with numerous traditional dishes to try (lacking spices though). Small treats (fruit, macarons) brought to the room. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were competent and helpful.

There are not enough chairs outside the main hotel, and nowhere to put rubbish, you have to leave everything on your table it would be better to put a couple of bins outside. There are speakers outside, but none of them work

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The beach is clean with plenty of loungers. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This property deserves the fabulous reviews. The food was wonderful, the facilities were excellent. We requested for connecting rooms and the hotel were very accommodating. We were given free upgrades, fantastic beach views and fruit platters as a welcome. We will definitely be back.

Directly above my room was the hotel fan or generator which unfortunately was very loud with vibrations from early in the morning to early evening. It was a trade off between the noise and losing out on the great views from my room. The room I was in was small and had a low ceiling so not great if you are taller.

I was in the Emre Beach side (Emre Hotel is across the road, but all the main facilities/restaurant is in the Emre Beach side). Was on the top floor overlooking the bar and the sea which was lovely during sunset but did have it downside (see negatives). The food selection was brilliant and drinks nice on all inclusive. Always enough space for a sunbed either on the beach or round the pools.

The beach area is not all that great, a bit cramped and not the best shower facilities. The pools are not heated so we couldn’t use them during our stay (November) They don’t offer an iron! Even just for 5 mins. Pack your outfits accordingly. There are toooo many cats outside in the restaurant area and they are a nuisance sometimes! They will run up to you and ask for food and my friend also got scratched by one

The highlight is the variety of food available for each meal. The selection of cheeses, salad, mains and especially dessert really won us over. There’s a nice steam and sauna and indoor pool that’s actually really good. The hotel is very central right next to a taxi rank so it’s very convenient to get a cab.
