The breakfast was quite basic and could use some improvement. Most of the bathroom fixtures were old and rusty. The location gets noisy at night especially during weekends.

The bedroom was nice and clean, with lots of space to move around and feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and ready to assist. The hotel is in a good location near the main shopping street, bars, and restaurants, but the street outside can get very noisy late at night, and you can hear everything from your room.

Not much variety of breakfast. The street it's a little bit noisy in the evening. Apart of that, everything it's fine.

The room it's big enough and gets clean every day. The 2 gentlemen from the reception are very polite and helpful. The location it's very nice with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and shops around. We enjoyed our stay there.

The room was noise during whole day specially at night till morning due to bar and clubs noise atound. The windows should be updated to double layer to keep the room silent. And bed was small for two person as it was double bed.

The staff were vrey nice specially Zaki and Bahram. Room was clean. Location is very good and handy to Stiklal st.

The smell in the room was strange, so I had to keep the window always opened. As it is the center, the noise from the street was until 3am. The towel and the wallpaper were torn.

The hotel is placed in the center, close to everything. Easy to find. The personal was nice and helpful.

The overall experience has been very good, the only improvement I would suggest is the breakfast time. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10am, but until 8.30 you would not find all the food available.

The position of the hotel is great, few minutes walk from main transportation hubs (Şişhane Metro station, Tünel to Karaköy, Tophane station of tram T1). It is nestled in the heart of Beyoğlu, a very lively and commercial area, and it is also quite easy to reach from the Istanbul airport. Staff is nice and helpful, room and common spaces were clean and in good state. Breakfast was good (but with a weak point described below) and I would definitely come back for the price I paid.

I couldn't say that I didn't like something, everything was good, but I would see some useful improvements in the breakfast. It is not exactly diversified but for the price paid it is very ok.

The accommodation is located more than perfectly. In the central area, with many facilities nearby. Close to bus stations, istiklal street, parking lots, etc. The rooms are very nice and clean. Cleaning services were done every day. Very pleasant staff.

No night quiet at night, the place is on the same street of discos and bar that play loud music until 4AM. Sleeping is possible only with ear plugs.

it was in the middle of a crowded place with lovely nights, but the hotel itself was super quiet specially at nights. There was some repairing on top floors but it was at 1 PM. I think there is no better time than this to do such repairs in hotels. The staff are all friendly.

Excellent location 100 m from Istiklal street. Clean rooms, normal continental breakfast for people without health issues (eggs. cheese butter, salami, olives, fresh bread, müssli, coffee, tea). Very helpful and kind reception stuff. We got everything we needed during our stay (clean towels every day, toiletries...). We were able to change one of our 2 rooms we booked because the first one really needed some renovation. Hotel stuff is very kind, professional and still friendly. We will definitely come back again! :)

- Slightly noisy in the evenings due to the location, but after a full day of exploring you fall asleep very quickly in the comfortable bed despite a bit of background noise!

- The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, they also gave us a welcome packet with a map and some brochures for sights in Istanbul - The location was superb, very central and well connected - The room was clean and comfortable - Breakfast was nice

The negative points are the limited short time for breakfast (8-10am) and the coffee machine was not working quite well, the Tv didn’t work, it’s also noisy in the weekend (it’s because the location is in the center surrounded by disco and clubs)

The location was great and the receptionist was very kind to us, the hotel was very clean and cozy.
