There isn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property,

The property was cute, with a great location. Just walking destination from the downtown area. The staff were really great, any questions or things we need from recommendation on places to eat to helping up arrange transportation to the airport the staff was able to help. There are about 20 rooms in the hotel so the staff knows you which made us feel good. Shout out to Jacop, he helped us so much, which made our stay that much more enjoyable.

I did feel the room was very basic. a cupboard or some form of storage would have been excellent.

Quaint hotel - whatever the hotel may have lacked, it made up with exceptionally warm staff. We were welcomed by Yacob at reception, from all my travels to a new location, this was by far the best experience I have had. It was quite personal, before he even checked us in and asked for payment, he ensured we were comfortable, he gave us a map and explained what Cappadocia has to offer and where the hotel is located in relation to all the sites, what is within walking distance and how to use the public transport if needed, things to be cautious off, etc The hotel was well situated as it was an easy walk into the town center or up into the touristy section. Viewing of the Hot Air balloons from the roof top was an AMAZING experience. The breakfast was limited but was good and very well presented. Overall a fantastic stay.

They gave chocolates in the reception. They were too good. It made me crave them. :)

In short: The Staff, The size of the rooms, the breakfast, and the location. Probably in this order. In length: The Front Desk team were extraordinary, way beyond what would be expected. Better than in a 5* Hotel, where they are "paid to care". The team here feels like they are all shareholders of the place. Will do whatever it takes to help during the stay. Jacob was the best Front Desk / Butler / Maitre D' I've met in years. I know how baised this review looks, but I promise it's up there. If you're still undecided, and reading reviews to make up your mind, this is it. I did a lengthy search and I'm so glad I chose this one. 5 mins to the center without the noise of it, all tour agencies know the hotel so it's easy for them to find you and pick up for the activities. I would personally avoid the 8-9 hour tours and instead ask Jacob to find you a driver than take you the same places in half the time.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear voices from the adjoining rooms and outside.

It's a lovely property with the cave style rooms. It's located on the main road from the city center, therefore it's a flat road and easy walk, compared to other properties that are uphill. There is plenty of parking at the property. The staff was very friendly and helped guide us with things to do and for any booking any execution & airport transfers.

I liked everything. Small improvements would be to start breakfast at 7am instead of 8am. The hours when we were there were from 8 to 10. It is such a nice area that it would nice to have breakfast earlier in order to start exploring earlier. The other small improvement would be to have an expresso machine in the breakfast area. The drip coffee was a little too weak for my taste.

Beautiful hotel. It was fun to stay in a cave surrounded by Cappadocian caves! The view on the roof of the hotel is spectacular, the breakfast delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful, specially Yakub!

I think most people stay for 2-3 days & we stayed for six so it would have been nice to have a place to put our clothes instead of using the suitcase, but it was a minor (very minor) inconvenience.

We loved everything. The emails prior to coming were prompt, helpful & professional. Yacup in reception went above & beyond to welcome us, guide us to the best sights ( he even drove us once) & had a lovely takeaway box prepared as we had an early flight. The location was great. Easy to get everywhere in Goreme. The room was comfortable & the hotel is tastefully decorated.

Our only note is the fact that the general heating was turned on super high, so that even if we turned to the minimum the temperature in our room, it still was very hot. Nothing critical, but it would have been nicer to have a milder temperature.

The property is lovely and spacious. This marked my second visit here. It's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The rooms and bathrooms are generously sized, and the hotel staff are friendly and accommodating.

Love loved it!! Beautiful place with a nice welcoming cat. Great hospitality. Food was good. They let us keep our luggage while we were busing exploring the region. Perfect stay near restaurants and not that quite high.
