We liked everything in this hotel during our stay. First and foremost the room and all amenities in it were absolutely clean. The hotel staff offered us apartment cleaning on a daily basis, but we didn't need it exactly. Our room was spacious with a balcony. We could seat on this balcony every day during our accommodation and enjoy Alanya view and a sea clear air. The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly. We hadn't any problem during our stay. From my point of view all employers of this hotel did their best for guests. The location of the hotel was quite good for us. We visited Cleopatra Beach every day not far from the hotel. Moreover, Alanya Intercity Bus Termianl is situated in the vicinity of this hotel. For example, you can use HAVAS bus till the Gazipasha Airport from this Bus Terminal. You can easily find a lot of grocery shops and restaurants near the hotel. WiFi service and Internet were always at the good level. We could watch Youtube videos in our room without any problems.

Nothing to dislike

It's a second time staying in this hotel. The flat has bathroom, balcony, fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine, small refrigerator, TV, air conditioner and heating. Hotel has a small restaurant and a seasonal outdoor pool. Rooms are cleaned daily. Centrally located. Beaches, restaurants, stores, banks and bus station are within a walking distance. Very affordable price. Staff are friendly and attentive. My special thanks for receptionist Natalia who responded to all inquiries quickly and professionally. Strongly recommend this hotel for short and longer stays. I definitely will come back next year.

Nothing for the money I paid

A great stay and host. It is old but clean and functional. Good value for money and location. WiFi works 95% and the hotel was full. Has a pool, bar and swimming pool. The pool is open April til October. Kitchen has everything you need.

Nothing major, facilities could be updated a little, air conditioner did its job but all the settings didn't work. Door knob of the bathroom was loose. Dirty cups/spoons provided by the hotel didn't get replaced and there was a single time when our room was cleaned even though we had "do not disturb" sign on the door.

The whole staff was superb! Especially receptionists were always nice and helpful. Breakfast and location were great as well. No disturbance by other guests, peaceful sleep every night. Cleaning service and new towels every day.

Location is great, close to the beach and all the entertainments, but quite and calm. Personnel is extremely attentive and wellcoming. We even decided to prolong for several days. It was a good stay, will be back for sure when again in Alanya.

The first impression that you may have of the simple appearance of the hotel entrance may not reflect the good value that you can get at a very reasonable price for staying there. A lovely hotel & very friendly and helpful staff. Haron and Taqi, were very friendly and kind people. They always give you sincere advice with kindness and love. I offer my special thanks and appreciation to Haron, who always responded with a very friendly smile to my requests for advice. The room is clean, cleaned daily, and comfortable. The size of the family room is very suitable, with a small and nice balcony attached to it, as well as the presence of a kitchen, perhaps small, but containing all the basic kitchen supplies، tools, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, and a water heater, in addition to the washing machine. In my opinion, this is a very logical and convenient thing to provide the necessary means of living for a long period The hotel is in a quite area, very close to Cleopatra beache. Coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores like BIM and Carrefour are reachable and in the surrounding area. we are used to walk about 20 min to the city centre, but also bus stop is very close. The main bus station "Otogar" is about 10 min walking. The fish market in the center of the traditional Bazaar, whish about 15 min walking far from the hotel, was also one of our prefered aiming target to have delicious and fresh fish meals in addition to the presence of many small groceries for shopping. Finally I do not forget the house keeping ladies, and the hard work they did daily to keep the rooms clean. Definitely we will be back

We stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years. Excellent location (5 mins to the Cleopatra beach), everything you need for a long stay. It's a calm neighborhood. The staff is nice and can assist you for anything. Many good restaurants around. We enjoyed eating at my balıkçım, a fish and seafood restaurant or if you want something more high-end and romantic, you can try "Panorama" next to Red Tower for a scenic view during the sunset. Less than 5 mins to reach the closest grocery stores. You can access the city center easily by walk or you can rent a bike at a local bike store close to the hotel (Alanya bike shop şeker bisiklet service, 5 mins or so from the hotel) to explore the city and the promenade. It was only a few € per day for 2 people. It's possible to store your rented bikes at the hotel in a dedicated closed space at the entrance. Ask the reception. You can also take the bus (there are many bus stops around the hotel) and pay directly with your credit card (contactless). The current rate is around 0.60€ per ride. No need to take a taxi in most cases. Overall, it's an excellent value and if I ever come back, I will stay there another time.

Nice not big apart hotel on the third line, not far from the beach. On a quiet street. Very clean, renovated. Good kitchen utensils, except frying pans. Washing machine. There is a small pool and a bar. Nice stuff.
