The front desk was hit & miss, perhaps due limited English speaking skills however some staff were more responsive than others. A special mention to Mr Omar who was very helpful

The location is very central to meydan square & taxis or public transport vans are also easily accessible. The room was very spacious & bed comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of dishes though some fresh fruit would have been nice.

Smoking smell

When I completed my booking at Cebeci, Mahmoud contacted me to check if I was interested in hiring a car. At that time, I had already booked a car in advance from a company 9 minutes from the airport and paid everything in advance. When I arrived and went to get the car, my credit card did not work due to issue at the company's system and I spent 2 hours trying to find a solution. In the end, it didn’t work. I had one person to contact to get me from there: Mahmoud. He sent his friend Abdullah in less than 10 minutes, who picked us up and dropped us at the hotel. Abdullah arranged a nice new car for us in 20 minutes. He was very nice, respectful, and caring, making us forget the terrible experience with the rental car company. If you want to know someone at Trabzon it would be Abdullah for sure. Mahmoud and Abdullah’s assistance didn't stop there. Throughout our stay, they checked in regularly to ensure everything was going well. They provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, which truly enhanced our trip. Their exceptional service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thanks to their help, we were able to enjoy our vacation without further issues. This level of customer care was beyond what we expected and left a lasting impression. We highly recommend Cebeci for their outstanding support and dedication to their clients. Cebeci hotel's location is wonderful, near the shopping streets and everything. The convenience of having restaurants, cafes, and popular attractions within walking distance made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. This prime location allowed us to easily explore the city without the hassle of long commutes, making our trip both relaxing and memorable.

Our family loved everything. The staff was amazing the location was good. Everthing about the hotel was perfect.They took care of our needs and also arranged cars for us. The receptionist who had very little knowledge of English always was in a bad mood. For every question you ask it's a "i don't know". We get that we need to know Turkish but we don't live in Türkiye. Next time I would come with a good Turkish language knowledge because no one speaks English in the city.

Rooms were cleaned every day. It was very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options to eat from. Overall a really good hotel.

- no foot towel available on 2 first nights of my stay - no soap on the first night of my stay - shower heard holder was broken - thought it was a sea view but it was another building view

Only problem I have is with car parking lot, because it's really dense and sometimes person who parks the cars is not carefull with them. Besides, I would suggest to renovate tables in the rooms. Additionally, even though there is heating system, it's a bit cold in the rooms, supposedly due to windows. Breakfast also can be improved quality wise.

Location is quite good, literally 2 steps away from Trabzon Meydan. Rooms are nice. I stayed in the hotel for 2 times with my family, had booked several rooms for both travels and everytime hotel staff provided me with much bigger rooms. Staff is very welcoming.

The room floors could have been cleaned better, but bedibg was good. Staff in reception not very helpfull and kind of rude.

The staff, at least those I was talking to, spoke very basic English. There is no reserved hotel parking - the hotel has a garage, but it is full of rental cars. The beds were pretty hard. Despite the breakfast having many options, the drinks offered were terrible - you could choose between orange juice full of aspartam and water full of chlorine.

The location is nice, 10 minutes walk to Meydan and maximum half an hour to Ortahisar. The room was nice and clean.

Very thin walls and noisy, should put "quiet hours" so people don't make noise in the middle of the night, add do not disturb signs in the rooms.

The location was close to the city center. There is a bus and taxi transportation nearby. The lobby area was clean. The staff Mohammed, Mahmood & Abdullah were great. Very good service. The tour to uzangoul was great. The breakfast was good. The room was cleaned during my stay. The weather was cold, but the heater was working. The shower area was good. In general, the room was great for my need. I slept well and enjoyed my stay.

The building is old. Sound comes from rooms to other rooms. There is very little variety at breakfast.

The hotel is located in the city center. We booked in November for February. When they arrived at the hotel, they did not give the room indicated in the Booking. The room was very small and didn't even have a wardrobe. We protested and they changed the room. The staff was friendly, they clean the rooms every day. We didn't like the breakfast.
