Staff are accommodating and friendly. We arrived a bit early and they prepared the room right away. Room was really nice and spacious with good view of the area and for the hot air balloon watching. Then the location is very accessible to the centre.

The breakfast was vast and varied, the staff (specially Ali) was super kind and helpful, the location is top notch (easy to walk to the centre of goreme) and the room was super spacious and comfy.

10/10 in all aspects! The hotel was superb, loved everything about it from checkin to checkout. Hadice, Ada and Ali were very cooperative and helpful. The location, breakfast, cleanliness, facilities, and everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend to others!

Warm welcoming staff and great service. They helped us with booking our balloon flight and green tour. Both of which were excellent. It was my birthday and they arranged a delicious cake and rose petals in the room. Tasty breakfast each day with wide variety of choice. Lovely rooms, comfy beds and terraces to chill out on. We would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom is old and the window was a bit creepy when left open for some ventilation in the bathroom. The breakfast was not great.

Amazing staff - Ali was super nice and helpful. The location was great - when going on trips we would be the first to be picked up so we picked the best seats and the first to be dropped off so it was great in that way! It is close to most things and the city center. the set up of the hotel is nice as well. The staff went out of their way to help when we needed help with reservations or issues faced.

We were only at the hotel for 3 nights, but the impression left was cool 👍 First, cool location, center of Göreme, it was convenient for shuttle to balloons and cafes, store within 5 minutes. Second, I really liked the room: cave, new stylish renovation, terrace, cool shower, all very clean. Third, the breakfasts. Tasty and varied. Fourth, the staff. Very open and pleasant ❤️ Would gladly recommend, you will really enjoy Cappadocia.

This is a cave hotel. Good location, lots of shops nearby. Staff were very nice, allowed us to leave our bags for 6hrs after check-in while taxi was coming. Very comfortable bedding

Heating was not sufficient for the cold weather. There was no toothpaste either.

The room would sometimes have a sewer-like smell. It might be coming from the bathroom.

It was a really nice cave hotel. If a member of your group has knee problems or mobility issues and would still want to experience staying at a cave hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The size of the room was perfect for us 4. Also loved that it was very close to the city center and near lovely restaurants. They also booked our hot air balloon tour which was really lovely!

Size of the room and quieter

Location and breakfast were both good and the staff very helpful. Room was on the small side and noisy as it was right at the front. Thought we were in a “cave bedroom” but turned out we were just in a very ordinary hotel room.
