The property was beautiful and absolutely lived up to the imagery shown both on their website and on booking.com. I would particularly like to shout out the staff who were INCREDIBLE, so professional and attentive. Thank you again to Buse, Hediye, and the reception team. Aswell, as the resturant team especially Yasin and Çağrı! The team and individuals highlighted made all the difference to our stay and as a result - we will be back 😊

Although in a remote area it was next to a couple of hotels playing music / using loud speakers late into the night Needed to get a taxi into the main town as an hours walk away. Taxis cheap and quick though Breakfast repetitive but the staff were friendly Housekeeping was ad hoc

One frustration we had was with the staff. None of the staff spoke very good English, understandably were not in England and after being expats in the UAE for 10 years we know how to explain things in a simple manner but we couldn’t even order a drink without struggling to explain what we wanted, this did become very frustrating especially when we were only trying to order a beer at the beach. Also the lack of drink service at the pool was frustrating, I had to walk down to the beach on a few occasions just to get a drink. Having said this, during the end of our stay the staff did start to understand, I don’t know wether this is because we ate and drank the same things everyday or wether they started to learn, some service training wouldn’t go a miss!

We liked the location, it was very peaceful and felt out of the way which was nice for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed our room, it was spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony. The food at the hotel was good, everything we ate was tasty- top marks to the chefs! We had complimentary water everyday… strangely the coffee pods were replaced with decaf ones when one was used, which my husband wasn’t very happy about… we weren’t too fussed as we drank coffee at breakfast but if you like a coffee in bed it’s worth knowing.

Nothing - would have loved to try the main restaurant but it was closed because we visited out of season. This is a good reason to go back!

Several amenities are not available in December, which is understandable but we hadn’t known this. For example, the pool is not filled, the beach seems to be built for semi-permanent beds that had been removed but leave small posts emerging from the sand. The most disappointing was the fact that the minibar either didn’t include prices or the prices were not obviously seen. We had a HALF bottle of wine, which upon checkout we were informed was approximately $50 USD. The person at reception claimed, ‘alcohol in Turkey is expensive,” which is decidedly not the case, based on our previous week of travel here. Certainly not even close to such a price. This was excessive and frankly left a bitter feeling as we departed.

The stay started amazingly. We were welcomed and informed that our room had been upgraded to a suite, which was beautiful and expansive, with fabulous views over the water. The staff was very nice, breakfast was good.

The hotel is unfortunately very near an all inclusive hotel. This means that music is played loudly from 10pm until late. For such a tranquil setting this is not very relaxing. Some of the house keeping is variable. Which is a shame.

This hotel is set about 20 minutes by bus from Bodrum main thoroughfare. There are buses and taxis galore nearby to take you to wherever you would like to go. The hotel is set in a beautiful bay. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the interior designers have done an amazing job. The photos are accurate. The restaurant staff and breakfast team are very accommodating. The food is very good although expensive.

I found the restaurant over priced. I was told before that it would be like that if it’s not all-inclusive. But I didn’t expect the prices be that high. Considering that there is no café or restaurant close by, it felt kind of a trap.

Perfect spot with a beautiful private beach. Great for complete relaxation. Nice breakfasts. Magnificent view from the room to the sea - it will stay in my mind for long time.

Housekeeping was not consistent and some rooms are smoking rooms, including the one next to us, and they smoked so much the smell would permeate our room. Of course this is not the fault of the hotel and I will say, the room did air out quite easily and the smell did not linger so that was wonderful.

The property is spectacular, very well designed and certainly feels luxurious. The restaurant was lovely and it was a quick drive to Bodrum. The property has diffusers all around so many of the hallways smell divine. The minibar had a good assortment that was to our liking and arguably my favorite thing was the bed, very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The small number of rooms meant there was no overcrowding and you can have a beautiful view of the sea from almost anywhere in the resort. The food was exceptional. The private beach and pool were greatly enjoyed. Would highly recommend!

I think that the only thing we could complain about was the house keeping we had to ask for more shampoo and shower gels i thought that a hotel of this standard would check every day, also we were left with no hand towels on more than one occasion.I am sorry to have to say this but who ever is in charge of house keeping needs to up there Game. Thank you.

The Hotel is in a lovely setting right on the sea shore, our room was 403 lovely big room on the top floor, breakfast was very good, and also the staff are very nice people, the can't do enough for you.Especially the breakfast staff ,bar staff and reception. Thank you.
