Daily room service could've been better. Communication was difficult . We requested 2 single beds but were given one large bed.

Fabulous location , great for entire family. No need to step off premises for anything, everything available at the resort. Daily activities & entertainment for all.

Nights the music from outside was terribly loud, I couldn't rest. Mornings the cleaning staff was so loud like those who are doing in purpose to wake up the guests. They were knocking on the door at 9 o'clock, were going loud with there trolley.

It was very close to the seaside and the all inclusive included everything what I was looking for.

Menigment was so poor. I must stay 1 hour because of missing payment from Booking to Batihan for mine holiday with my money, Menigment suggested me to pay ones more time in check in! That was discrimination!!! It was ugly and imberasing! But more than this, menigment makes me confused and mad and discriminated me again in check out, when I have to stay for one more hour because of the same payment whit MY MONEY!!! I have been so stressed and mine wife too! What was that???!!! I do not wish such an attitude on anyone and I am thinking of seeking my rights under the relevant court order!

It is mine second vacation in this place, I was there in pandemic 2 years ago! So if you doubled...

Not good in room service specialy in charging the bathroom things. Disco was closed. They didn't explane the facility of tge hotel and in last night we found that we could reserved the seefood restaurant for one night.

the smell of sewage in rooms was awful at certain times of the day … they need more room for sun loungers as people were putting there towels out at night to hold the beds it was unfair the same people everyday had 10/12 beds. also no music playing in the bars or a band or karaoke nothing just everyone sitting at tables talking over each other, it definitely lacked adult entertainment at night. We ended up going out most nights because of this and that was defeating the purpose of all inclusive.

the hotel was beautiful on the beach amazing views and there was something for everyone in regards to food. I was a family off 11 and most days everyone used the pool bars for snacks drinks and food. we are about 12 minutes outside the main center. but so much for kids and families.

There is everything you need for a few days of stay, good and different food, good drinks, comfortable rooms, swimming pools. Sunbeds and beach towels free of charge. Sandy beach. Great animations during the day and in the evening.

The WIFI is bad. The coverage was good only at reception. The bandwidth was low, probably because the hotel was full, but still not ok. The triple room we reserved was actually a double doom with an extra bed added, but this was fixed with an upgrade. Hotel was very crowded at beginning of July.

The lead receptionist was able to upgrade our room from a standard to a select in the new building. I am grateful for it. The room was bigger with a double bad and a sofa for the child. Also the sea view was amazing. All the personal is working hard to provide the the tourists best services possible. From cleaning, parking to restaurant. The food was good for all inclusive. Not a big fan of all-inclusive activities but the Ukrainian, Turkish and Columbian shows are really good shows. They are worth buying tickets but are freely included in the entertainment program.

Clean, great staff, a lot for children. The pools are close to each other and the beach is 1 minute away. A lot of activities. Good shows at night. Food was good and diverse. There was a parking lot but always full but there was parking spots in the street.

Most of the reception could learn better English, or learn it at all😅 Aside of the manager, only one person at the reception knew understandable English which can be very difficult when you need to arrange something regarding your stay.

Everything was pretty much very nice, the room is spacious, the bed is comfy, balcony has an amazing view. Food was very various and tasty. The animation team was just the best! Had quite a lot of different activities. ♥️🍀 Seaside is just 3 min away from the room. Cleaniness level was quite good.

Cocktails are too sweet and not so good. Go for beer, gin tonic or vodka tonic etc...

Wi-Fi did not exist in our room at all. It was hard for us to catch Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. There were big crowds in the restaurant. The food was not exactly the best.

The room was OK. The room was normal size and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The facilities in the hotel are quite good. The staff is commendable, although they use English poorly.

I don't like Sunset restaurant some waiter,i just start dinner they are asking tip,it's not make sense, i order 3 times tea,they didn't service for me because they are not happy 50 turkish lira

Booking.com booked seaview room with bath. I got neither. Room 501. Hairdryer and kettle didnt work. ALL MAIN FIRE DOORS WERE WEDGED OPEN ON EVERY FLOOR. I wanted to cancel but could not. Neither is it 24hr AI. BREAKFAST FINISHES 11AM. NO FOOD AVAILABLE THEN TIL 13.00. ANIMATION TEAM WERE BEATING A DOG WITH A STICK AND I HAD TO GET MANAGER INVOLVED. IVE WORKED IN GUEST RELATIONS AT VENOSA RESORT AND THIS WAS APPAULLING. I WANT REFUND.

Beach would be the only plus
