Staff communication in English was poor but it’s not just this hotel it’s all over in the country

The waterpark was quite underwhelming as the slides are not manned despite staff being there (mainly on their phones) and they weren't slippery enough to go down fully. Got stuck twice on the loop slides and ended up colliding with two people since the slides were not guarded.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, and very friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay there and it was well worth the money. Really loved the shuttle bus operating every 3-4 mins which would take you to Aska Lara's portion of the fantastic and beautiful beach (only a 60 second drive away!) and it was so convenient and safe to jump on whenever. There were lots of activities and pools to enjoy and great place for families with children especially. Our rooms were great and accommodated for and there was lots of food/drink choice around the resort. The main international buffet had great quality food for breakfast and dinner but I wish they had more Turkish cuisine options to offer as I had really been looking forward to trying! Overall fantastic stay and would highly recommend to everyone!

Receptionist was little rude about everything. I gave my passport with visa inside it and searching for it. I asked her to check if it’s under the table but she was really rude and she called me that she has it with her and didn’t even apologise. Also had a bad time with this! Same person didn’t respond to other queries properly or seems rude

It’s nice, huge and clean place. Didn’t get bored much and has lots of sitting areas to chat and roam around.

The fact that we had to take a shuttle to get to the water park and entertainment.

The breakfast options were amazing! There was a huge variety of food from traditional to continental. From sweet to savory. I don't think anyone could fault the food or the professionalism of the staff at this resort.

I was with my 5 ears old son, the hotel was clean, food and beverage around the clock. The water park was excellent, only one slide didn't work . The shuttle bus comes every 5 minutes. The shows in the evening wasn't interesting for us except the Circus that was great . I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The stay was perfect so the following are only some recommandations : - between 14:00-16:00 I would prefer that the cleaning ladies to stop the activities, sometimes they were noisy while children were sleeping - the ice cream schedule should be outside the lunch/dinner schedule (for example to give the children an ice cream at 10:00-10:30 and not at 12:30 while lunch was served) - to have some maps with the resort activities, bars, pools etc

- diversity of the food - staff very friendly and well trained - the room was spacious with a nice view - shuttle bus to the park and beach - luggage storage - kids activities - water temperature

Maybe more attention to the clearness in general and adding what the hotel offers in the rooms with the prices and where to book if it is not included in the all inclusive package.

I chose this location because of the Spa and its treatments and it was very nice, I can recommend it, the personal is very nice and friendly and they know their procedures 😊 I loved treatments by Sofia. We also loved how caring the personal was in the dining hall and the kitchen. We even got some ice cream on a special request because it was available from the chef. The food variety is really great especially for the sweet tooth.

temperature of the water in the indoor pool was low, not comfortable to stay with n. Towels was changing daily despite we were hanging them on the rack- unnecessary waste of resources. Uncontrolled waste of food - a lot of people took much more food because it is not regulated.

The one thing I didn't like that the other restaurant wasn't open at the time at my stay. It was only one Restuarant open unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the other great restaurants as it was my first time in Antalya, Turkey

I like the staff they was very friendly, had many great views, a great spa place, I like my bed room how I can view the beach in my balcony, and I loved how the staff didn't forget my birthday. Yes, I celebrated my birthday in this amazing hotel.

We came as a group of 11 and our 4 rooms were on different floors and was too far apart. The pillows for kids were too big. Finally there was no in between swimming for young adults at the beach area, at the beach there was one swimming pool that was too deep and one swimming pool that was too shallow, not for kids aged 8-14.

We had a fun, stress free time. Enjoyed ourselves very much. Place was super clean and staff were extremely friendly.

The male massage therapist tried to touch me and my friend inappropriately and tried to make it seem that it was part of the massage.Will fully recommend young females to not receive a massage from the male massage therapist there!!

The hotel was amazing and the all inclusive was absolutely amazing.The food was great, amazing cocktails, pool facilities and beach was great and was lovely how their was lot packed activities that adults as well as kids can do.Amazing staff except one.
