It was perfect! This hotel offers the best view of the city, landscape and hot air balloons. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with fresh food on the terrace. Last but not the least, the cave room was incredible!! I recommend!! Thank you so much

There is a little sitting area just outside the fairy chimney room and it is open to all guests. Luckily for us, there were not many people using that area during our stay. But it felt a little strange to know that there were people sitting just outside our door.

Breakfast was great! Unlimited supply of hot food! Meze was provided buffet style. The fairy chimney room that we booked was really cute and not as small as we had expected. Owner was friendly and explained all the different areas/activities in Cappadocia. The hotel is also very near sunset point which makes it really easy to get to there for sunrise/sunset. We could also get good views from the terraces in the hotel.

Fantastic location, staff, and views. Included breakfast was very tasty and plenty for 2 people. Our room was adorable and had great views of the surrounding area. Unbelievable views for the hot air balloons from the rooftop terrace, we felt incredibly lucky. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including tours.

Really like it. Unique cave hotel experiences. Great view from the room balcony and breakfast area. Service is great. Host was very responsive before our trip and answered all of our questions. Located in the center of the town. Easy walk to many restaurants.

Had an amazing stay. Very friendly staff. We were tipped about some nice restaurants and activity's to do. We had a beautiful view from our balcony so we could see the hot air balloons everyday. Truly amazing!

Everything! Love our cave room - clean and tastefully designed. The view was amazing, you can see the hot air balloons in the air from the room, terrace and the sunset spot just a few minutes away. The staff were all very friendly, soooo efficient and helpful with everything. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They kindly specially prepare full breakfast for us at 6am as we had to catch an early flight. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Love my stay at Arif. I was greeted with a welcome drink. Top of the hill with amazing view from my balcony. Breakfast was amazing. Helpful staff and organised taxi to take my to the bus terminal as I have a luggage which I was worried about walking down the hill with. I would definitely stay at Arif again when I go to Goreme again!

We loved the location. It was in a beautiful corner of Gerome, high up with great views over a terrace with lots of seating space. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and make us breakfast before our early morning flight.

Incredible experience to stay in a hotel carved out of a cave. The breakfasts were really tasty, the views amazing, and the staff (especially Han) were friendly and accommodating, helping us park and making an early breakfast for us when we had to leave early on the last day. Highly recommend!

In order to said something, the internet can be improved, nevertheless, the hotel exceeds all the expectations.

The location was great, the staff super friendly and the breakfast just delicious giving you traditional Turkish food all the times you wanted. They just didn't stop offering food.
