There is not very good sound insulation. If you are unlucky and get noisy neighbours it can be an issue

Great location, really cool place . Superb value . The apartment doesn’t get serviced during your stay, might be a problem. There’s lots of fresh laundry and a dryer in a room downstairs, I found this for myself . Also , not obvious but there is a large roof terrace , with brilliant views across the bay , only 1 chair up there for some reason ? . Overall fantastic, would definitely stay there again . Finally check out the cafe nearby on the corner It doesn’t look much but is fantastic

Some problem with hot water if you have a long hair the hot water hitting wouldn’t be enough. And the hair dryer doesn’t work

The location is about 2 km from the otogar. If you know the road, you can walk. On my first day, I reached the otogar late at night, so had to take a cab for 100 TRL. But on return, I walked (it's a very pleasant walk along the main road with orange trees on one side and a canal on the other). The place is also very close to the dolmus station (about 200/ 250 metres)

This is an amazing house, with a very polite owner. The very center of the city, close to the tombs, the sea and the bus station. Incredibly clean! Amazing guests - backpackers from all over the world.

The Cool small apartments on the hill. Looks cute. Because of the location on the hill, this place have the bountiful view from the roof with the sofa.

First off LOCATION the best you can imagine, you get the mountain and seaside view right from your balcony, the apartment comes with living room and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, clean, spacious, evertyhing you need to cook or make a cup of tea + frigde and washing machine, big balcony with very comfy chairs, amazing. The price for this what you get is definetely best value. And last but no least the hosts make evertyhing so easy, always happy to anwear your questions. Would never stay anywhere else when coming to Fethiye !

Don't often find places like this, can't fault it at all. Appartment was clean and modern with everything we needed, host was very friendly and always around to help. Location is fantastic as well walking distance from everything in Fethiye and round the corner from bus stop with buses every 5 mins (!) to Oludeniz

The fridge was in the bedroom so it was noisy at night so I had to disconnect it to be able to sleep, I suggest they move it to the kitchen area. it was very cold @ night & there was no extra cover in the bedroom, but I texted the number on booking.com & they replied immediately & I was asked to take extra cover from the laundry room (so this wasn't an issue), I'm only mentioning it here so if someone faces the same problem you know how to contact the property after working hours, they reply immediately.

The accommodation was very comfortable, communication with the property & the reception guy was very smooth & I was always met with a smile. I had a backroom with one side facing the mountains & the other the staircase, so it was a bit humid, but the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean & nicely organized, there's a washing machine, but I didn't see a laundry line so not sure how to dry the cloth if you're to use the washing machine, the reception guy was super nice, I left my luggage the whole day after checking out. I highly recommend the pace, there's a very nice breakfast place near by (Köşe Kahve) it's 2 mins walking down the hill.

We loved the hotel, it is located in a quiet place but near the city center, very nice location near the Ancient Tombs, every time went out of the hotel I was amazed by that view :) the hotel has a great rooftop terrace with the great view of the city and the sea, and the rocks with the Tombs. Every day I spent a little time to enjoy the view there :) I appreciate the fact that the staff gave us a room with a great view of the city and the sea. We had a fridge, a washing machine, kitchens utensils, a stove, a TV in our room, it was comfortable to use them for everyday needs. Friendly staff always wanted to help. All in all, we are very pleased with the hotel:) I recommend this hotel :)

Great place! Freshly renovated and having a washing machine was amazing. Walking distance to town and very close to the rock tombs. The host was very helpful and even gave us a ride to the bus stop. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Feithye

Perfectly set, you'll have everything you need. Best kitchen we've ever had in this kind of places. Big roof terrace (was important to me since I'm a keen yoga practitioner). Lykian antiquities in one minute walk, visible from the terrasse. 10 minutes walk from city center.

Walls super thin, you can hear your neighbours next door and above (I was on the second floor) Didn’t help having inconsiderate neighbours slamming doors at 2am either.

Lovely little apart hotel, minimalistic and 15 minutes walki to the Marina.

Although I was shown where to get what I needed ,or to let the host know, I think it would be a good idea to do a midweek clean of the apartment. Like wiping the floor and changing the sheets and emptying the bin. Also it was quite noisy.

The apartment was new and felt luxurious. I did appreciate the washing machine. Overall it gave me a homely feeling. There are various places to eat nearby with an excellent breakfast cafe. Just a few meters away up the hill is a bar where one can sit and watch the sunset over the bay.
