The check out process was not smooth. I was asked about a glass that was hiding in plain sight and was asked to pay. I had to go back to the room and find it for them.

Location was not ideal and to get to the beach that you could get a shuttle from the hotel or walk. The beach itself here was disappointing and the water not clean. That is not the hotel’s fault

it is not clean enough and a repair is needed the shower is bad and not hot the Wi-Fi connection is strange - you should make pair every time, many times, when you go around the hotel, cause there are lots of different spots and they don’t remember you you should write the number of the room when taking the towels - like in 20th century the restaurant is not too tasty (pizza is not at all) and has strange smell inside, but the staff is nice no restaurants outside nearby and for smokers)) it is not allowed to smoke ANYWHERE on the territory of the hotel. even on your own terrace. you should go outside through the lobby to the smoking aria

Our neighbors were all families so had kids playing in the water in front of our room since 7.30AM

The floating breakfast was a neat idea. But thought it'll float to in front of our room, but it was good still. Having the pool right underneath our room is a good concept.

the price of the breakfast is steep. In the end I decided to go without breakfast. The location is a little out of the tourist place. Didn't see any shuttle service to the beach.

The room is spacious which I love the most. It will be good to remind the client to bring swim suits which I forget and didn't get to enjoy the pool which looks inviting.

We could have had more toilet paper in the room. We ran out through the first night of our stay as there wasn’t much in the room on check in. Extra rolls on check in will fix this :-)

Our stay was absolutely incredible, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very attentive to our needs. The villa was extremely clean and the pool access room we had was divine. We will definitely be keen to come stay here again. Oh the buffet breaky has a wide selection of eggs, ham, chicken, pork, sausages, all the pastries, pancakes plus so much more. The sweet sour fish was incredible. We used the bolt app to get around and had no issues finding the hotel.

no shuttle service to main road. there are only few restaurants around the hotel. walking to the Main Street is about 1 km. i had no hot water in the shower. informed reception but over 24 hours nothing changed. during our stay there was no internet available.

Not private, too crowded, the receptionist hurry to hang up and we feel it is rude. We didnt know we will get the 2nd floor which is not accessible to the pool directly.

I love the service a lot. The staff are so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and large. I like swimming pool. Nice to stay with family and romantic couple.
