Pity that the bar did not seem to work this time, and there is somehow limited number of sun beds on the beach.

We fully enjoyed our stay: amazing location, quiet atmosphere, spacious enough rooms (we rented the suite with pool view and access). Simple but good value for money. Might seem shabby and in need of some repair or refreshment, but it did not spoil our impression. What I also appreciated was a sense of privacy and calmness.

The hotel is obviously not "new" so to speak, but it's well maintained and very, very good value for money :) The only thing is Koh Samui main road, where you have to be extremely carefull...

Check out 11am a bit early, usually 12. Lack of bar / snack bar / restaurant is a bit of an inconvenience. Although 7-11 just across road.

Everything is a little run down, also I did not liked the bed… hard as a stone. Also the stuff tried to give us a different room from a lower category then we booked and we had to discuss some time to get the room we have booked. I had the feeling this was kind of a scheme. Also it is quite complicated to book the room you want as they have all very misconducting and similar names (have a look at their floor plan with names to find the one you are looking for).

You'll find a lot of restaurants in this area, but it's not a place for fancy shopping.

A great resort close to the beach - also pools available. The room close(!) to the beach, not a view on the beach, is big and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean beach, but it also depends on the direction of the wind. We recommend this place!

The bed was extremely hard and even turning over it made such a racket. The bathroom had an odd smell and the room its self was quite dark. The noises from the dogs was fine but randomly a what sounded like cricket alarm would go off in the middle of the night and you can hear a lot from other rooms.

The property was set on the beach which was stunning, this offered massages on the beach which is amazing value for money. The views from the beach were incredible and had lovely little resteraunts. The view from our room was lovely.

Manager behavior. I took car rent for 2 days but when they prepare paper and after that they handover car 40 min later but when I return car to them after one hour delay they charge me 6 hours extra amount. And also I returned car as same fuel they handover to me but they said fuel was not full and for that they charged 500 bath extra to me. And the manage was by over phone was not friendly and non-professional person.

I especially requested a quiet room but my room for my stay. I was told people are loud, people are quiet, people come and go... That's it. It turns out I had an interconnecting door which basically meant I could hear everything that was happening in the next room at 2am! When I asked I was told that if I didn't have this door it would be far nicer and nicer still if I had spend a couple 100 baht on a superior room. I would go again but not in the 'older' rooms.

The staff were helpful. Everything was in the room that I needed. Overall it was OK. If you have transport don't bother with their laundry service. It is twice the price of everywhere else in Samui, which is the price of convenience I assume.

The mattress (neeed new one). Sun loungers in front of the rooms need upgrading, the plastic lie ons were in very poor condition. Horrible wrapped soap in shower (all the hotels seem to use them). The revamped new bedrooms. Too small.

Liked the staff. Liked the room with the pool right outside. Good air con. Good wi fi. Mostly quiet at night (dogs could be noisy at times). Short walk to main street for eating places and 7-11. Or for breakfast turn left on beach, 75mtrs to restaurant. Nice beach area good for long walks. Good beach for swimming. 4 different room areas, 3 with pools in front of. Good shower and pool towels. Coffee sachets in room. Water in room. Shampoo in room. All areas kept clean daily. Good value for money resort.

Room cleaning wasn't done every day, not even taking out the trash bin from the bathroom.

This could be a 5 star place with a bit more attention to detail. The towels were clean and well laid out in a pretty fan-- but clearly frayed n the ends. The paint looked aged in areas, and poorly done on others. the beach matts were crumbling off chunks of plastic. For one night we booked a beach view bungalow with bath-- but the mattress on the extra bed was so caved in as to be useless, the edges of the bath had no grout, so water streamed down the sides, creating mold, etc. Masses of wires obscured the view, to be honest. The poolside room the night before was actually much nicer, at half the price! I think it could just be because of slower business during covid perhaps, less income to maintain things? So maybe they will catch up now its busy again. But if they improved this, the hotel would be absolutely exceptional. As it is, it is still great value for the money, and i do love both location and staff. Would still recomend it to anyone who doesnt fuss about the little decor details.

The staff are fabulous, kind, efficient, wonderful. I love the greenery, garden, pool, basic set up, location in general. The poolside room was really lovely, i felt like a had a private garden and pool!

It became noisy when a family checked in next door because the pool access door in the back of my room wasn't soundproofed.

I loved the spacious room with direct pool access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was just a short walk towards the back of the property. The resort offers laundry service so it was convenient during my trip. It also rents out motorbikes which made getting to other places on the island easier.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower had very little water pressure (only was a trickle really). You would leave the please make up my room and no one would (we stayed for 3 nights and had to ask someone on the property for it to be cleaned as it hadn’t been done)

Loved the large terrace and entrance to the shared pool! Good location within walking distance to a good coffee shop & salad bar! Also moped rental directly from the hotel was good!
