We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CyprusOn Sunday the reception service closes around 2 pm, This means there is no service at the all, this is not specified or said at booking or check in stage so, if you have any luggage to store and collect later, you might be charged for late check out. This happened to me, not professional. Better you verify hotel rules to avoid surprises. Loud voices come at night from the backyard as there is the kitchen of a restaurant in the same building. So better ask for front road rooms.

United KingdomWe travel around Europe and this is one of the best Hotels we have booked. Very nice and helpful Staff. We were late to check in, but the Receptionist was very polite and waited for us. Thank you! The room is large, comfortable and perfectly clean, with air conditioning.Very tasty breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. Safe parking in the garage. There is really everything you need to relax. I highly recommend it!

Very nice! Very friendly lady at reception. Arriving a bit before check-in time was no problem. Big room, very clean. Large parking space behind hotel and an underground garage! Strategic position a short drive from Lucca and Pisa. Would come back any time. Even left a tupperware in the fridge for next time ;)

FinlandThe hotel was located in an industrial area. We were there during the Monterosa fire so there was a smell of burnt in the area all the time. This was unfortunate. Also the beaches close by were a bit too crowded for us.
The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Parking oportunities were good.

United StatesIt was not explained until the next morning that the air conditioning would turn off when the outside temperature got to 77 (high for the day was mid 90s), no matter the temperature inside the rooms. Also there were no fans and the ac fans also shut off. So options were to wake everyone up at 1am and open all the windows to try to cool off or try to sleep in very warm rooms. Needless to say, we did not get a good night's sleep.
