    “A very impressive hotel set in beautiful grounds. On arrival we were impressed - through a gated entrance up a drive to a spacious secure car park. There was a row of Tesla chargers for those those with electric vehicles. The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed a wander past the large ponds with swans and ducks. We made use of the swimming pool which was well presented and had good changing facilities. All the rooms have names and ours was 20,000 Leagues under the Sea. Whoever had designed the room was very talented and we enjoyed it’s features - we took several photos. The room had an electric shutter, air conditioning, remote control lights and a fridge - the only thing we would have liked was tea/coffee facilities. There was a high end restaurant on site. Overall very impressive.”

    “Really relaxing place to be. Lovely staff, very comfortable accommodation, and felt at home straight away. Good little Carrefour 800 meters away for all the basics . Hired a couple of bikes on site at a very reasonable cost and really enjoyed riding on the cycleways, which are extensive. We ate at the site restaurant, which was perfectly adequate and barbied on our gas portable bbq a couple of nights on the little sandy area in front of our veranda. I'm glad we opted for the 3 bed chalet ,despite there being just the 2 of us ,as they are newer and smarter. The cleverly placed greenery surrounding the units really makes you feel quite private.”
