Location is great and staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom had nice shower gel :) Nice view from the window. We took our dog and she was very well treated, even got a welcome snack :) Breakfast had nice options

The only draw back was that at night you could hear the noise of traffic. I got used to it, but had to use earplugs.

The staff were most helpful. The bedroom was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel had a lovely bar. The location was very good, being near the old city and the central station.

Even in one of the top floors, the noise from trams on the main street could be heard.

I've noticed some improvements since my last stay: my room was renovated, there were some new facilities in the lobby (table tennis, table football). Also a step towards sustainability: hygienic products in the bathroom no longer provided in small plastic tubes but refillable. My room was clean and comfortable, with water and coffee provided. Enough space in the wardrobe. Breakfast with a large variety of choice.

The bar didn't feel much like a bar to me, more of a late restaurant. No seating at the bar directly, brightly lit, no interaction with other patrons. The restroom was a bit small and extremely slippery when even slightly wet. The toilet was too low to the ground to be comfortable at my height.

One of the, if not the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel I stayed at. Helpful and considerate staff. Nice late bar menu. Quiet and comfortable room.

After booking confirmation more information would be helpful about the way of parking by car. Some improvement needed at reception desk in kindness.

After I checked in the room during evening, there is very loud decoration sound, electric drill sound, therefore make my cannot take a rest after long distance plane, but it only happen 1 day only, My room is lower floor I can clearly hear the sound of a passing train and have little shock feeling. If you want sleep late, highly recommend you ask for a higher floor.

Perfect location in city center which is very near the bus stop, Warsaw airport can take no. 175 bus to 'Centrum' station which is exactly the door of the hotel. Also hotel is near ‘Dw. Centralny’ central train station and shopping mall. The view also very good in hotel room even my room is low floor. Room is very clean and comfort. You can stay more night without compliant.

We were celebrating our anniversary and it was our first time in Warsaw and they decorated the room with flowers and chocolate. That was really lovely of them. We lover everything. The location is amazing

Found the quality and selection of breakfast poor. It was 65 zloty each and found it not great value.

It's not the first time at this hotel. The location is the best in Warsaw, in city center and with an easy access to the metro, tram, buses, etc... Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Would book it again any time.

During my visit, there is a construction at the hotel. Therefore it was noisy and we did not inform about it before our arrival.

Excellent location close to train, tram and metro. Walking distance to the Center of Arts and Technology. Fantastic breakfast, fast service, comfortable room, very clean, staff willing to serve.

Separately paid parking - expensive and not good overall; The room has water compliment that requires an opener yet there wasn't one :)
