Nothing really, wasn’t a specific parking place but there were spaces down the side road to park free of charge.

Great location with a view of the sea (from our room on the ground floor) within 5 minutes drive to the town centre or a half an hour walk, the room was clean and comfortable and just what we needed. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, I’d happily stay here again!

The location was fab, 10minutes stroll into StIves town & porthminster beach,or a 5/8 minute walk to carbis bay beach. The room was spotless & had everything we needed, clean linen, clean towels, kettle, tea & coffee,milk sugar + cookies 😍. complimentary toiletries. The host was lovely, very friendly & accomodating but not in your face which for me is important 🙈..breakfast time was 👌🏻 and had a wide choice of selection, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, crumpets, pancakes, ham eggs fresh juices, yoghurts, tea & coffee, i could go on for ever with breakfast choices. I will definately return and i would recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a comfortable & quiet stay in a beautiful location.

Found dado rail was dusty and fluff in fan in bathroom which ended up on my toiletries.

Lovely cosy room with good bathroom facilities. Very friendly greeting and interaction with host. Breakfast room was lovely and slightly quirky! Huge choice of breakfast items available, including options for Vegans with oat and soy milks and yoghurts. Bus stops are near the property for travel to St Ives or back to Hayle, Marazion and Penzance. and run fairly regularly.
