Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaIt would be more comfortable if there is more detail tutorial to operate the stuff at room at the first time guest check in, so we don't need to ask. And also will be great if the host can be more friendly and smile while communicate, it would be more comfortable.
Over all, I really like about my room. The facilities is complete, clean and comfortable. The host also allow us to leave our luggages at office before and after check in, I really valued that. Thank you so much :)

It will be better if vacuum or a decent broom that can work the magic provided 🤣🤣 for 2 nights stay onward especially when the guest with kids. Because the broom provided is useless.
