The room was dusty and can see some ants roaming here and there on the tables n shelf. Water flow in bathroom sink was very slow as though it was clogged. Could have maintain their cleanliness inside rooms as how it was maintain outside. Can upgrade their TV, it was the very old TV with only +-5 channels. It was disappointing that the Iron and hairdryer were not functioning.

The seafront view room is beautiful. The resort environment is calm n beautiful. Outside area was clean. Their swimming pool n private beach is nice too. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

The sliding door at the balcony in my room cant opened during my stay. Besides, we rent the dewan for our family day dinner. But the aircond very slow. Mybe next time please centralised the temperature. Overall is okay.

We are not happy that we can’t rent bicycles here. The bath tub in the room can be cleaned better-there was a clump of hair in our bath tub and please bring back the beach chairs near the beach.

The beach here is the best in PD. Though the hotel is old but the state of the room is good. The facilities are so-so and the service have improved a lot, especially at breakfast - food spread is wider and the staff are attentive, warm and very accomadating. I know this because we are regulars here ☺️

The pool is excellent!!! my son enjoy so much! The room bed is comfortable but a bit dirty, can find few dead cockroach. Breakfast selection not too much but still ok.

The 7pm pool closure is a bit weird as the sun only sets 7:30pm most of the time in Malaysia. There is NOT a golf course anymore.

All is good, really nothing wrong. Very happy their gym has been upgraded since our last visit. Nothing major but enough to get by.

Cleanliness of the room can certainly be improved. Tv channels can be add on, like Astro or Netflix.

Location of hotel is strategic. Easy access to beach, and local shops are just nearby. Room is spacious and decent. We were thankful that room had a splendid view of pool and beach, and it had such a lovely view at night with all the lights and music. Room service provided for us were excellent as well. The sahur spread that we had were satisfactory.

Overall it was good. Cleanliness should be improved. More towels should be given in bigger rooms.

The room was big enough for a family of 4. But cleanliness needs to improve and the room needed major refurbishment. With the price point, it should have a bath tub.

I have been here a number of times over the years. I can really feel that the property is aging and need refurbishment. Got a family room and the size of the room was great. However, we found ants on the bed and at the coffee making area right after checking in. Initially we thought it was just an occasion of a few ants and just brushed them off. At night when we wanted to go to bed and when opened up the duvet, we found more ants crawling on the bed which means the bed area was not clean. In the middle of the night, we also had a visitor in the toilet, a lizard that was crawling on the floor! Thirdly, the TV had no reception, there was no channel and only showing blue screen. We were not so bothered about the TV hence did not make a fuss.

The staff are friendly and the pool is great. Room with good size and giant bed.

Need to improve on maintanance. Beach was not clean. Room was clean but need to do some maintanence. Two bulbs in the room was not working. Couldnt open the sliding door.
