D traffic..always jam Carpark not convenient as we must exit if we landed on d wrong level...we must exit, make a big u turn and stuck in d jam then we can re-enter d carpark. D lift - v warm in d elevator, must a long time for d elevator...at times it won't stop if its full... Breakfast- shld have a warmer or heater for croissants.. Toilet - shld have an accessible toilet for d elderly and handicaps..they travel too u know

1st of, the bathroom offer no to little privacy with the transparent frosted glass. 2nd, there were no towels provided at swimmimg pool and I don't remember being made aware of this prior to going down to the pool. Towel services at pool is commonplace, not a must, but please let me know in advance so I can bring my own towels before going down almost 30 stories.

Insufficient elevator to ferry the guests. More over the housekeeping team is using the same facility to send the trash bin, which is inappropriate. Would be a good idea to ensure the guest room is prepared in a perfect condition. Perhaps, hotel management can have a check on the guest room to ensure it is well maintained.

It's a bit hard to find the hotel lobby and even though there's mall in the building - not many options were offered in term of food.

The service and staff are superb! Facilities offered were super nice. I like it that there is a mall in the building which offers a few activities options especially if you are travelling with a child.

The hotel was quite outdated. Please make sure everything in your hotel is usable/accessable. Lift was quite scary when operating, tbh feel abit scare when was in & using it. Please update/upgrade your hotel. The breakfast menu was so little/limited. In future can add variety of menu. Vegetarian option is not much.

The room was ok & quite huge for two person stay. All the staff was friendly & helpful.

My aircon makes a vibrating noise on and off. Hear dragging of chairs and table from floor above. The lifts is very slow and not enough when it is peak hour. And the bathroom has no lock.

The location is near to Jonker st, Ban Lee Siang lok lok satay. Many other eateries.

As above....the lift. Only a slight regret that 8 of us was unable to stay in one apartment.

Breakfast was good. But the lift was a problem as many people as well as cleaners jam the lift n one lift was spoilt n we hvto walk down to the carpark

Need to que to eat hotel breakfast, need to wait for the elevator almost 20-30minutes. There are 4 elevators , but only 2 elevator works. Really troublesome for those having small kids

Had to pay extra for children's breakfast. They are simple eaters. We were not charged for children's breakfast in our previous hotel of stay in Malacca.

My children liked the swimming pool. We liked it because of the shopping mall with lots of entries.

Carpark and lift to carpark can be confusing. And lift was super slow and without aircond/ventilation. Staying at the most upper floor was bit unfortunate. Need to wait for the lift and stuck inside lift without proper ventilation.

Breakfast included the most convenient hotel to stay with family. View was superb from top floor. Only the free carpark was bit tedious.and the lift was super slow/no ventilation. overall the room was good. Would probably rebook the same hotel if i have chance to go to melaka again

Most of equipment in children waterpool is broken and very dispointed with lift management because need to wait for so long to get qeue
